Quick delivery and great quality products

Amazing.
Perfect size, perfect dress, perfect delivery!

The dresses look beautiful online, and whilst the colours were true to the images online and were beautiful, the fit of the dresses and the quality were terrible. I ordered a number of dresses for a wedding and sent them all back. The are all made of the same thin and very unforgiving material which is very uncomfortable

Lovely quality dresses, true to size. Bought for my graduation and was perfect. Stretchy without losing the quality look and feel.

The dress looked lovely, however, there was absolutely no stretch on the bottom hem, so every time I needed to go to the bathroom, I had to unzip and take the entire dress off. The zip went right up to the top of my neck at the back, so I had to ask whoever was waiting outside the bathroom to help me zip back up each time.
It was really impractical and not sure I’d order from here again if that’s a design fault on every dress, which is a shame because the dress looks lovely.

Honestly, i absolutely love the brand, I have some gorgeous dresses that have made me feel absolutely amazing.
I brought this dress for my hen do, it was obviously white. When I tried it on at home it seemed perfect so I packed it in my case!
Unfortunately when it came to wear it you could see my white underwear through the dress….i had to just wear it with my pants on show!
I can’t give this brand a bad review as they have some amazing dresses..this one just missed the mark to be honest!
But, I do love Vesper, so much x

Ordered same dress in 2 sizes. Love it!! Sent back one I didn’t need all done simply and quickly and received my refund quickly too!!

I ordered a dress for a wedding in July very last minute. I thought I had added the express delivery option but realised I hadn't after I'd put the order in. I contacted customer service who were super helpful and upgraded my delivery to express for free - just because they could! The dress arrived the next day and I LOVED IT! Gorgeous fit, quality material and I felt amazing in it. Would definitely recommend

The time it took to receive my refund was way too long. Had to chase 3 times!

I ordered something with them and they just shipped to a wrong address ( HOW A SERIOUS COMPANY SHIP YOUR ITEMS TO A WRONG ADDRESS IF YOU PROVIDED A RIGHT ADDRESS )
I contacted them for help to change the delivery address and they just give a
damn F U C K they are a piece of 💩🗑️ scammers, unprofessional, terrible customer service, NO help support to the customers, and they don’t have a customer support line because there are a lot of complaining and they decide if they will answer you or not
Just stay away of this Vesper they don’t value our time and money
Completely disappointed, FRUSTRATED and annoyed for waste my time and money with them🖕🏽🖕🏽

Check out the thousands of bad reviews on vesper247 they changed the name because they couldn’t handle the millions of complaining about them. Terrible l didn’t know they were a big scam

I have personally never had a bad experience with vesper purchased dresses in Nov 2023 and recently June 2024 I buy a few a send some back and have always received a refund
I love there dresses so wanted to write a positive review!

Same company, different name. Don’t anything if you are thinking of sending it back. They will take the goods and you’ll never see any money

SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT USE!!!
Owed £450 refund from December 2023 and have been advised company is in liquidation so will not get this back. As I ordered through Klarna not my credit card my hands are tied and it doesn’t look like I can claim anything. I’m currently £450 down and no dresses to show for it as they were returned. Owner apparently now trading under a new name, surely this is illegal?

Still waiting on my return from November!!!! Posted on here before in Jan, they replied back saying they would help sort but still haven't received. Absolute Joke

Wish I could give them a a minus review. The dresses arrived on time, unfortunately they were not good and didn’t look good so I returned them as per the policy and on time. After that starts the chase for refund. No reply from the customer service at all. They took all the dresses back but not even an acknowledgment. After I sent the proof to my back I filed for a chargeback. AVOID this company at all costs. Scammers. If you don’t want your money back if you don’t like something then this is the company to shop on.

Refused refund on return goods dating back over 6 months. I referred it to my credit card company, they have been trying to resolve the refund now on my behalf.

They are still refusing to refund despite the goods returned back in November 2023.

Shame I can't give anything less than 1 star. This company is an absolute joke. TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. They do not process returns. They do not reply to emails. Save yourself and order elsewhere.

Unfortunately I too fell into their trap. Their dresses were actually nice, and ended up keeping one and returning the rest which I got no response from. Followed up and they had said they went into liquidation.

Luckily managed to get my money back through my credit card, and recommend to other people who got scammed to go through their credit card provider too.

Should be illegal for this company to still be operating! I really wish there were a way to flag this website up when people search to help avoid others falling into the trap we all clearly have done. The fact they never processed refunds from months ago, trading as vesper247, to go into liquidation and then trading under a new name is beyond a joke and a scam.

This company does not pay refunds! I have now been waiting almost 6 months! I have wrote to them on numerous occasions and have been informed of delays etc but it is not acceptable to almost be waiting 6 months!
