Same problem as everyone else regarding refunds. Wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering. What a shame as the dresses are lovely, but very poor customer service and delay tactics used to delay refunding money.
I have returned items 3 months ago and still no refund. I have emailed them a few times and no response. Their old website vesper247 is not working and now trading under the new website. Has anybody had any luck with getting the refund?

I ordered two dresses in early November and returned one via their portal within the time frame, I have proof they have had the returned dress and my money plus a written promise of a refund, it has been 18 weeks. I have sent countless emails, and contacted Paypal - no response. no refund. disgusting customer service, they are scammers who set up a new website to fool people and avoid paying people what they are owed, more bad reviews telling the truth about their experiences. Beyond furious - Don't order! Find the dress on vinted instead.

Company now trading under vesper instead of Vesper247. The company are not giving refunds after people have returned items and are refusing to give money back. This has been going on for month to many many people who are still owed hundreds of pounds. Do not use the company! Read the reviews on vesper247!
