I was a little disappointed in the delivery…
I was a little disappointed in the delivery time, although that was a fault of Royal Mail. The packaging arrived all crushed too. Maybe consider sending through a different courier or offering the option to pay more for a quicker delivery, I would definitely pay.
Very happy with price, will order again but leave plenty of time between prescriptions.

Thanks for the honest review of your experience. It would appear that most of this review relates to Royal Mail's service and not ours. We were very keen to impress you, especially as you had never used us before. I can see that we actually shipped your order just 90 minutes after you ordered it.
However, as your order was placed on a Friday afternoon, this could explain the slight delay. Rest assured that we already do use Royal Mail's premium "Tracked 24" service, but would always advise customers to order a few days before they run out.

Responsive and quick!
We regularly order a prescription from Vetdispense for our elderly dog. The orders are always received and dispatched quickly and well packaged. The team are very responsive whenever we send prescriptions over and quick to contact us when we have sent the wrong one! Would recommend using Vetdispense.

Ease of access on the website. Clear instructions, ease of uploading Vet’s prescription to ensure the correct medication and dosage were purchased.

My order was turned around quickly and arrived within the estimated time. They have always been very helpful particularly with prescriptions - sometimes I've had to have things delivered to the vets to administer, and sometimes to my home and there has never been any problems.
