My prescription order was easy to place and quickly confirmed providing the assurance I appreciate. It was delivered by Royal Mail - which I prefer to commercial couriers- within a couple of days completing a very satisfactory transaction all round.

Your company provides an excellent service and I can't recommend your company highly enough. I live in the Highlands of Scotland on the mainland and it is very difficult to get items especially Caninsulin delivered to this area which is absolutely ridiculous in this day and age - if we lived on any of the islands I could understand that it may be more difficult to meet a delivery deadline for items such as Caninsulin, however, it is very insulting to Highlanders to be treated this way.
The service your company provides is always efficient, reliable and in my opinion, outstanding - thank you so, so much.

Delivered on time as per their website timeframe (2/3 days) very easy process to order and upload the prescription on my phone - no hassle! I’d use again and would recommend. Price was lower than the vets and the process was smooth. Can’t comment on customer service as it was so easy I didn’t need to use them or contact them. Ideal!

Our vet gave us the wrong prescription and boy were we made to pay by this shoddy outfit. Admin charge for this and 15% bonus charge for that, make sure you read their "terms and conditions" properly. Because they will make you pay if you don't and, as a bonus, tell you in a horribly condescending tone.

Reliable and fast delivery
I have been ordering medication for my dog from vetdispense for a while now. They have always been accurate, reliable and the medication has arrived in good time. Thoroughly recommend.

Vetdispense has been a company I have used for a couple of years now, their service is outstanding and their website for booking medicines required is very easy to use.
I require prescription insulin for my cat and when I order it is with me packed with ice bags within a couple of days of ordering.
All I have to do is forward a copy of my vets prescription and then order, it’s an outstanding delivery service.

As ever, very good service. If ever there is problem, which is very rare they call me promptly. Was in post next day .

I would not even give them one star.
This is the worst company that I have ever used! So rude on communication and not very helpful either. I've received very sarcastic emails and was not willing to help. They will take your money quick enough and not deliver or send the parcel out. Tell you things at the last minute and expect you to drop everything. I can't wait to see their response as this company can't take any fault and make excuses. I know their reviews will be silly and their staff can't handle anything or an email asking for your money back... They are fraudsters and don't read their responses as they will make so excuses as usual. I hope they close down and do us all a favour

Meds arrived quickly, properly refrigerated. Good price for them too - about half what it'd be directly from the vet.

I've used Vetdispense for a while now. Iniitially i was a bit unsure about ordering prescription medication online but its been really straightforward . Vetdispense keep a record of the quantity still left on each prescription, and as soon as i place an order its despatched immediately with Royal Mail 48.
Very happy to recommend to anyone unsure.
