Avoid this company at all costs.
Made an order, took payment of over £100 and received an worldpay email confirmation. 5 days later, and despite emailing, calling the phone number no-one answered or picked up once. I managed to get through to Asta on the chat function on the website to be told the order was never received by Vet dispense. When I asked who's responsibility it was to check orders had gone through or to follow up on ones where they had received a payment for over £100 but not followed it up I was told they didn't know and it was likely a bad internet connection that prevented it from going through. Funny how my bad internet didn't stop the payment from going through or the immediate email from world pay after making the transaction. This company not doing its job properly how now left my dog without essential medication. They have said they will send it out tomorrow (apparently it cant be done today). I will take this further if i don't receive an email confirming my order has been processed and sent. I have made many orders and never had an issue. After this experience and poor customer service I wont be using them again.
Why am I doing your job for you? Why don't you answer your sales email or your phoneline?
What are you even paid for if you have no idea where your orders are or don't know why they aren't being received. AVOID this dodgy company at all costs

We are truly saddened by your review, especially considering that you have placed 8 previous orders with us without any issues, yet this is the first time you have left feedback—unfortunately, in the form of a one-star review.
To clarify, at no point did we say the issue was due to a ‘problem with your internet.’ We simply explained that the most likely cause of the problem was that the browser was closed before our website could generate the order confirmation, after the payment had been securely taken by Worldpay. This meant that while Worldpay processed the payment, our system was never notified to create the order. This is why you received an automated confirmation email from Worldpay but no order confirmation from us. In the future, we always recommend waiting until our website confirms the order before closing your browser. This may take 2-3 seconds.
As an online company, we cannot always get to the phone immediately, which is why email or our live chat service is often a better way to reach us. Regarding your emails, I can see that you sent three messages in quick succession on Thursday 13th and not before then. We responded within two hours, which we would consider an acceptable response time. Additionally, when you reached out via live chat, our agent replied within two minutes and manually created your order, resolving the issue without requiring any further action from you.
We fully understand that encountering a problem with an order is frustrating, but we are confident that as soon as you brought it to our attention, we acted swiftly to resolve it. It is disappointing that, despite your previous 8 successful orders with us, this one issue has led you to label us as a "dodgy company" when we work diligently to dispatch orders quickly and address any issues as soon as they arise.
While we regret that your experience on this occasion was not up to your expectations, we stand by the fact that we responded promptly and did everything possible to rectify the issue and have already shipped Jinn's medication this morning with a free upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure you get it tomorrow morning.

Cancelled my order because it wasn’t commercially viable for them to supply it - there’s a nationwide shortage of the tablets I need for my sick dog and your company is clearly stockpiling them. It’s ridiculous you would let a dog suffer.
You then don’t provide full refunds and are exceptionally rude about it.
Horrible service and horrible customer advisors.

Our website makes it clear that we cannot sell these 9p tablets on their own. It is simply not commercially viable. I am sorry you do not agree with our policy, but we simply cannot process such tiny orders.
We are aware of a nationwide shortage of Frusemide, but over the last few days we have been experiencing people such as yourselves trying to buy up all of our remaining stock of this one tablet.
This is not fair on our regular loyal customers who rely on us for all of their dog's heart medications.
