The product was fantastic

The product was fantastic . When I tried getting in touch with customer service on 2 separate occasions, they take 5-7 minutes in between responses. If you have people to answer questions, actually have them handle them 1 at a time. I never could get another piece ordered that I needed. I guess in the long run I should have went with another brand I could get replacement parts and any kind of customer service.

Atrocious Products & Service

Atrocious. Ordered two things and tried to return one. They said they’d get back to me within 48 hours and it’s been over a week. All I requested was a return shipping label. I suppose I will have to file a credit card claim now.

EDIT: They are lying in their reply.

Defective bench grinder does not work.

The end of February I ordered a bench grinder and the order # was; 26022800924001090372.
I received the bench grinder in early March. I set it up on my work bench, plugged it in and noticed that the wheels started turning but quickly stopped.
A few days later our electrician was at our house doing work and I asked him if he could help to determine why the unit wasn’t working. He removed the black plastic baseplate at which point he immediately noticed that the installed fuse was blown. I contacted Vevor twice to request that a fuse or fuses be sent to me to determine if the installed fuse was defective at the suggestion of our electrician, however, there was no response from Vevor.
I then contacted Vevor via chat and described my experience as noted above and Anwar established ticket # 3123396. Anwar was not satisfied with my description and asked to attach a video.
I determined that it was a 250 volt fuse land ordered a pack of them from Amazon.
I have installed two more fuses and each time I turned the switch on the fuse immediately blew and flashed when doing so.
I attached a video at the request of Anwar as it seemed he didn’t believe what I had described and that video clearly shows me turning the switch on and the fuse blowing immediately. As a customer it has felt like Anwar has made me jump through hoops to meet his demands and it has felt like he has done everything possible to make my experience with Vevor a miserable one at best. In fairness to Vevor I have purchased a number of their products over the years and this is the first negative experience I have had and admittedly I’m frustrated at having had this bench grinder for a month now and I have not been able to use it. I have read that customer experience with Vevor is typically prompt and positive, however, my experience to date has been neither and I have heard nothing further from Anwar. At this point I have been unable to determine if Vevor or Anwar is the problem but either way there has been no resolution to an issue where I paid for the product over a month ago and it was clearly defective from the day I received it. To date there has been no offer of replacement and I’m beginning to rethink buying anything from Vevor in the future.

Garbage service

Garbage. They will send the items via some rank logistic company, and when the package is not delivered they will stop responding to you.

Another Asian Scam Company

I ordered a motorcycle hut/shelter. Once assembled, I realized it was not good quality. It was like a trash bag over flimsy poles. Terrible quality. I decided I would return it. According to the website, I would be able to return it for a full refund for unsatisfactory quality. I contacted customer service and the only way I could communicate was through chat. After several back and forth texting, the agent kept sending me the same information about how I could only get a refund for specific reasons. I need to send videos and or pictures to show the issues. As I explained I assembled it and determined the quality was terrible. I disassembled it and boxed it back up. I had no reason to take pictures. I requested the contact information for corporate but she told gave me an address so I could write to them. I then asked to speak to her supervisor and as of this review, I've been waiting for 45 minutes for a response. She did offer $97.00 if I'd keep it. The item cost me $161.31. I asked for a full refund. Stay away from this company. They are scammers. You will lose your money. Udate: as of 4/8/26 with the help of the BBB, Trust Pilot and Social Media I received a full refund.

If it works great

I have bought several items that have been great. 1 was not but shrugged it off. Now I have a 600 watt transformer that I wanted to upgrade with more lights. Bought lights to add to existing lights and removed a working 300 watt HD transformer. Put the 2 wires on the new Vevor transformer and plugged it in and nothing. No power to the transformer. Go on line to get help and it is as bad. Fill out a question with my info and no help no response. So sad, so disappointed.

First off the spray nozzle won’t…

First off the spray nozzle won’t shutoff. And under pressure the tank leaks between the orange plastic and white plastic running herbicide mix down my back and legs. Just terrible
