Return policy a HUGE hassle!
I bought a better from VEVOR just recently order# 26032300919102546555. They have not gotten back to me within the 48 hours they claimed they would.
It shouldn’t take 48 hours to get some communication to begin with but this needs to be resolved. I was planning on purchasing another battery with them as
a replacement but if it’s this much hassle to return something I may have to look elsewhere

Delivered on time and I received exactly what I ordered. It is installed but I have not used it yet. Hopefully it works as indicated for a lithium lifePO4 battery. Great price.

I was charged $211 for a gamer's chair when the listed price on their web site was $143. When I contacted them about this, I received several responses that seemed like AI-generated messages. No way to get a resolution from them, very poor consumer experience

I researched and it was exactly what I expected.
I researched a bread machine in this price range for over two weeks. I don’t buy anything on just a whim. This machine came out on top more often than not. I’ve made two breads. A basic white and a challah. The shape of the basic white was a little wonky but still fine. The challah was exactly what I wanted. Both tasted delicious. A must buy if you are in the market for a bread maker in this price range.

Caution when using this company
Bought an expensive toaster (over 350.00) and it was too large for our counter at the crisis nursery. Asked to return it immediately and they said no but would offer some 1/4 the cost credit. Credit never came through

Terrible equipment. Worse customer service.
We ordered a commercial food warming table last year, for our school's dining hall. After shorting out three power switches, it stopped working all together after about three months. Because of the price we ordered another one. It came with a water leak right out of the box. We patched the leak. In less than a week this one stopped warming. We cannot get any productive response from VEVOR. They just run you around the bush. This stuff is the epitome of Chinese JUNK! Do not buy it!

Food Warmer
I bought a food warmer, at a very good price. I'd never ordered from Vevor before (I was a little skeptical, even though I did research them and they were a legit site/store). My item did not arrive when it was projected so I was a little concerned. Don't bother to use the chat, it's AI generated and you don't get any real answers. Email, I did get responded to. It took several emails but I did finally get an updated tracking on my product. We haven't used the warmer so I can't tell if the products is going to good or bad, but I would order from this company again. I never could find a telephone number to call, I had to do everything by email to get some answers. I will also say, Pilot was the transport company and they did not update my tracking (after 5 days, it was showing in the same spot). They deliver, 2 days later than stated, no big deal. Pilot was also good enough to follow someone to the church and unloaded it there (a distance of about 3 miles). PS: I was told they would give me a $60.00 refund but probably won't receive it since the item was delivered 2 days later (no credit as of yet).

This thing works amazing! We have a bunch of trees which equals a lot of leafs, pine cones, pine needles, etc
This thing picks up all of it! Granted you may have to two a few passes to get absolutely everything, but it grabs a good majority of it.
