WOW, NO where in VEVOR response does it mention actually offering to solve there problem with the broken off water inlet valve as how it was delivered to me, AGAIN all they will say is they don’t have spare parts, WELL how did you assemble it in the first place. NO solution other than contact Amazon WELL it’s not amazons defective part. NO help again DO NOT order from VEVOR they will not back anything you receive broken

One of my go-to supply sites. This site is pretty much my primary online source for things that I would normally go to a budget big box store to find specialized tools and household items. There is almost no search function available on their site so you're having to rely on a creative google search prompt to find specific things that you need.

Happy with product and service

These products are most generally as good as any for way less money and shipping is very fast.

I was hesitant to order display units I needed from this site because of the number of negative reviews so was pleasantly surprised that units that were almost double the cost on other sites came to me in good order. These are very basic free-standing wire displays, but they came with good instructions, all hardware, and seem as sturdy as more expensive units. Not sure I would buy more complex equipment or tools from here, but am well pleased with this purchase!

Wasn’t expecting much and got more than that. Filters the tank water quickly. It was clear in 1 day. I bought 1 to test it out. I’m buying another one now.

Heavy duty and worked great for about hour then just stop working and it's not starting up

It would have been hard for them to have made my experience with customer service any worse. It turns out that I was able to order a replacement part at no charge; it arrived in a reasonable amount of time, I was able to swap out the parts, and the machine now works. Had I been told that was a possibility, I would likely be a satisfied customer. Instead, I was told I would get a response within 48 hours and that "response" was just a request for more information, and we went around and around in this sort of "we'll respond within 48 hours" loop for well over a week, all the while my drain snake remained unfunctional at a time I desperately needed it. At one point, their automated response system did send a suggestion for things I could check or try, but not once did that system suggest the replacement part, an option I just happened to find on my own.
In the end, I requested to return the product and was offered a rather insultingly small partial refund instead. I declined, and the offer was increased; we repeated that process a third time. I finally tired of dealing with them and accepted a 50% refund, which to their credit, was issued promptly.
Will never order from this company again.

Minimal assembly and stronger than more expensive options. Came quicker than I expected.

I ordered the Vevor 4gl battery sprayer. I ran 16 gallons of termite and weed killer through it the first day. I used the three nozzle brass end and turned the output up all of the way. It turned what used to be a 3 hour job into 30 minutes.
The shipping was fast and I like the sprayer.
