Good Quality

The unit was scuffed up. Paint was chipped off because the foot worn through the box. Need to package it better. Nice unit, heavy. Good price.

Don’t know

Don’t know how well it works as I was missing 2 pieces so didn’t use it. Contacted customer service (which you can’t do on phone) and it’s been a few days and still haven’t heard back. Not sure I’ll order anything else from this company again

Purchased a VEVOR Battery Powered…

Purchased a VEVOR Battery Powered Backpack Sprayer, 0-90 PSI Adjustable Pressure, 4 Gallon Tank, 12 V, 8 Ah Battery on VEVOR website. The website and purchase process was easy to navigate. Delivery was prompt, but the sprayer wand was protruding the box - perhaps rough handling during shipment. But, in the end nothing seemed damaged and the sprayer worked as expected. The American English grammar in the user manual in poor.
Like other VEVOR products I have purchased, the quality is marginal, but OK for occasional homeowner and hobbyist use. And, like a few other VEVOR product I have purchased, there are some really good design aspects, such as the powerful spray motor in this sprayer (but again, the construction quality is not the best). However, the VEVOR price point is notably lower than that of major mainline brands. If I paid a major mainline brand price, I would have given the product only a 2-star rating.

The product seems OK. They sent me the wrong side, however. I want to driver side they sent passenger side. The install directions weren’t super clear.

Poor quality Greenhouse

I bought a greenhouse that was erected 1 year ago. Material is low quality and inferior. Less than 1 year and the panels are degrading to a point they need to be replaced.... 1 year! The greenhouse is no longer functional and all panels need to be replaced. Very poor quality. Company would not stand behind this and would only offer money back. I cannot fix this problem with the amount of money they offered back. I WILL let everyone know about this via reviews and word of mouth discussions. This should have lasted at least 5 years before parts needed to be replaced.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Headline: Do Not Trust the "Warranty" – Endless Runaround and Zero SupportRating: ⭐☆☆☆☆I am beyond frustrated with VEVOR’s "customer service." My product is still well within the warranty period, but trying to get them to honor it is impossible.I have been dealing with them for over a week now, and all they do is make me jump through endless hoops. Every time I provide what they ask for, they come back with another excuse or a different requirement. It’s a classic runaround designed to make you give up.To make matters worse, there is no phone number to call for real-time help. You are stuck waiting days for email replies that don't actually solve anything. If you’re buying from them because of the "warranty" protection, save your money—they clearly have no intention of standing behind their products. Avoid this brand if you value your time and peace of mind.
