I purchased a sewer camera that was defective. Customer service repeatedly sent a video on how to fix the issue. I sent a picture of the broken electrical wire, but the problem was still sought elsewhere. I requested a new product to replace the defective one, but they agreed to send a new camera coil. They also sent a video for changing the coil, which initially had instructions for a completely different camera. I am extremely disappointed with the service and do not understand why the customer has to start repairing broken electrical wires themselves.

I purchased a belt sander from VEVOR and have been totally satisfied so far. The price was good and the shipping was as expected. The sander was well packed to stop any shipping damage and I have started using it already.

Bought a portable grill to use on patio but needed table to put it on. After much searching I came across VEVOR table and ordered it thru Walmart. It came quickly but was damaged. Returned to Walmart for replacement. New one came quickly however it turned out to be damaged in the same place as the first one. Suspect they repacked it and sent it back to me. Returned it for a refund and ordered directly from VEVOR. Arrived undamaged and table works perfectly and grill fits perfectly.

The product came on time and it was well packaged. It was also exactly as described and worked just as well too. This will be my third product from Vevor and I think they've become my new favorite store.

I bought a Vevor Ice Cream Maker 2l volume - delivered after 3 days - very well packed - very good quality.
It´s working perfect and deliveres wonderfull icecream.
Machine stops automatically when ice gets to solide.
Machine has an colling option and a jogurt programm.
I am very satisfied and can highly recommend the machine.

Super fast Delivery, very good price. I have ordered a 5kw diesel heater. It came good packed with support material and no scratches or dents. This ist the third time I ordered from bevor an the third time with no problems or anything else. I like vevor.

Absolutely horrible company. Bought a VEVOR inverter from them, found out that it was the wrong one (24v instead of 12v which my solar system works on). So I have ended up not using it for over 2 years (warranty period) and now that I have upgraded everything to 24v, I have found out their inverter's 240v module does not work! They said they cannot test it, then offered me £20 (!) compensation (which I refused) and asked me to get it sorted with a local electrician - on my cost - which I have told them I ma not going to do it at my cost! Now they are closing the support ticket as marking it as 'resolved'.
Please stay away from these guys, you are going to lose your money. They should be shut down for supplying non-working equipment.
