Very fast in fitting our Internet. Had no issues with the Internet until park was full on school holidays. Which we then experienced our 1 slow Internet. Which asserts we have payed for full speed found disappointing so could be maybe looked at

Too long to answer phone. Tell you to use on line app but with no internet not possible. Having to ring each time we use our caravan as internet keeps dropping out. Can’t watch any stations that are not free view. You have moved the mast closer but connection worse.

Excellent professional call out gave me confidence in my supplier.
My receiver was blown loose during heavy rain and high winds. I immediately lost my connection. I tried the usual remedies with no luck. I contacted the helpline who checked and confirmed mt problem was due to the receiver and that they would ask the engineers to call.
By late afternoon, I had a new receiver (old one was waterlogged) and my service was as good as new.
