Vfast Internet partner with infrastructure providers like City Fibre and OFNL to provide Full Fibre (FTTP) in residential areas across the country. We are also rolling our own Full Fibre (FTTP) network across Kent which offer our residential customers up to a huge 1Gb download speed!

In 2022 Vfast Internet announced our guarantee of no in contract price rises for our customers. We have never increased prices for our customer in contract in over 10 years of operation but now we are pleased to offer this as an official guarantee. Our customers can now benefit from a guarantee that the price you pay when you sign up is the price you pay as long as you are in contract with us. No surprises, no increases just stability and a service provider you can rely on.

Only gave 4 stars because twice in the last couple of years we have experienced problems with our connection but other than that service has been great at a very reasonable price

Great Service!

Great company! Used them for over five years when we couldn’t get broadband. Great customer service and always ready to help. Got us out of pickle when we moved to area with poor coverage. Shame we couldn’t continue to use them.

Sent invalid code by Vfast! Wasted holiday time, trying to sort it out! Was very frustrating! However, i could not fault the guy that did sort this out for me (one of your tech support people)! He was great & straight on it! I had to wait on a phone call back so wasn’t getting what i had paid for straight away but he was professional & got me a new code & waited for me to check it worked.

Great after sales

We’ve had Vfast coming up to 12 months and not really had any problems only occasional buffeting until a couple of weekends ago and it was really playing up
Rang service and spoke to someone , an actual person , not press 1, press 2 , go online, and their after sales was great , they did checks ect and had the problem solved in no time I wish a lot of other companies worked like that

If I could give this no stars I would

If I could give this no stars I would. The worst company! My parents have been trying to get someone to come out from fast for 2/3 years still no one has come. They are both retired and have had problems since day one but the only company they can use apparently! Avoid at all costs nothing runs smoothly with this company, they will continue to take your money but won’t attend to see any problems. Worst service ever

Rubbish
