This is the second time I have purchased a product through ViaBill. It is a very delightful experience, I just needed to increase my credit a little it was easy. And it's a super deal buying a new mobile phone for my wife. It's nice that I can pay it gradually.

My first chat with Sabine was brief and not so helpful as she accidently gave me wrong information.
My second conversation with Patrick was completely different. He really was trying to help and fix the problem. He even called me back a few times, though it turned out that the problem with within the computersystem at Viabill so no one could fix it or speed up the process. But I sincerely hope that anyone who has problems get Patrick to help them. He was great.

Great service everytime I've contacted custmer service. Today no exception Patrick was able to recitfy the issue by taking the time to find out exactly what was wrong, no rush just calm and efficient.

I called your customer service because I had suspected fraud with my physical viabill card. Im going through a really bad time in life, and I was a mess. I got to talk to Patrick, who was amazing 😍 Not only did he helped by ordering a new card, he was so calm and actually calmed me down (I was in tears with stress). Patrick was the embodiment of great customer service - as well as empathy and caring for a stranger. please send him a huge thanks!

I got a very good help from the company, and there app is very easy to use.

Busy time to call so waited a while, but service was easy, fast and amazing.

Overall I got everything sorted.. service was clear and precise.. one thing had to wait quite a long time in the queue...

If I could give a negative stars, I would. I used Viabill for GoLo diet pills. Everything was good after the purchase was completed and paid for. Months later I get a refund check for $12.49. An overcharge of a late fee. I deposited the check into my account. Two days later, my account is frozen due to the check. No phone number that is listed on the website is registered number. So now I have to wait for the investigation to be over with to either continue using my checking account as normal. Or I have to go in person to open a new account. Such BS!!
Don't use Viabill. PERIOD!!!

Viabill has been extremely helpful in so many ways to me and my family. Thats the reason i always make sure my monthly payment is intact.
