Never got my item and can't get in touch!!
Royal mail withheld item due to not enough postage paid. After multiple emails with zero response (phone number provided by PayPal does not even work!) and with item being sent back to Viaduct, I had no choice but to file for a refund via PayPal (thanks PayPal).
Buyer beware of this BS company!!
