Placed an order on 16/12/24 as part of Christmas present & got a dispatch email on the same date saying it had bn dispatched. Christmas Day has been & gone & still no delivery. I have contacted viaduct clothing twice, once by email & the other by their contact sheet with no reply. The Royal Mail tracker they sent me is showing as awaiting dispatch from seller. The only thing they have been quick at was taking the money out my account. Still no update on my order, don’t even know if it’s going to arrive ever. Very disappointing won’t be using company again

Ordered shoes for a birthday which I got confirmation they had been sent out then nothing for 12 days then to get a email to be told I am being refunded with absolutely no information as to why. Emailed them to ask what is going on heard nothing at all. Absolutely awful service to just be refunded with no info as to why
