Viaggiare Rent - Brindisi Reviews

Excellent Service

Simona and Naile, were amazing, but the whole team we dealt with was very helpful.
We had an issue with our flight being delayed and they were very understanding and accommodating.
The prices are much lower than the airport rentals and just a short journey and they picked us up quickly.
Highly recommend.

Quick pickup from airport, service at the office was also speedy and also v friendly. Naela looked after me when I picked the car up and dropped the car back - and she was brilliant - thorough, professional and very friendly.

Very good overall. Very kind lady helped us, her name was Nalia or something like that? Car was very clean and was easy to use.

The service that Naila gave us, was very responsive. She took the time to explain in details how the rental service works, we have a good time in the rental

Very friendly staff. Eager to help.

The car was not great but the kindless of everyone balanced it. Thank you

Il customer service dei dependent. Simona e' stata fantastica, super disposable e comprensiva. Avevo preso una macchina troppo grande per me e lei mi ha above and beyond to accommodate my needs and find a more suitable car. Thank you for your kindness

Overall we had a very positive experience renting our holiday car with them!!
The personal was very friendly and helpful with everything needed, special thanks to Erika for the nice conversations and guidance through all the rental and returning of the car!! I absolutely recommend them and would rent again if we return, because everything was very well organized and uncomplicated!! Thanks a lot and good Business in the future!!!🙏🏻👍🏻💪🏻😎

Fantastic customer care, particularly Nails and another lady. They were both helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem was the location of pick up and drop off. We hired twice at 23/7-2/8 and 7/8-12/8.

Overall a good experience. Good value. We took the insurance with the booking and they tried to offer us alternative which we declined. Car was basic but did the job. Regular shuttle to the airport.

The shuffle came to the airport, we wrote them a message and they were very responsive. Once we arrive Viaggare Rent’s reception desk, the Antonio and Chiara were very friendly and professional. The trip and the return of the car happened very well! Thank you

Neila the representative was amazing really really helpful definatly a star employee

The check in and check out experience was great. The car was great and the price also.

The woman at Brindisi (Viola I think her name was) was great customer service.

Thanks!

Service is great and the car was a pleasure to drive

Simona and Ciara were great - really recommend :)

All good! Renting a car in Italy can be hit and miss; there are many things that I will never understand regarding the rental process, however the team of viaggiare was nice enough to answer my questions. Safe!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful - the car was as described, in good condition and drove well. The only small negative was the description for drop off was very confusing (said to go to arrivals and wait for a shuttle) and calling the numbers provided but had no answer. Naila was the employee who met us at drop off (when we did find it) and she was very helpful, and the process was very smooth.

Very easy pick up and drop off, Erika was great!

Nailla checked us in and out and was so helpful and kind. The pick up from the airport was easy and all the staff really pleasant and the beat car hire experience we have had because that is rare ! They were really good pricing too and would defo use them again in the future !
