Tracking number - Label created only
Update 04/26/21 - After Vianacare saw my TrustPilot post and after they received my support email, they contacted me very fast. They explained about the shipping label issue. The label is created by them for when my package makes it to the US side. Before then it is sent via Korean carrier to the US. But my tracking has been updated now, It will be here in a day or two. Their customer service has been amazing. I feel bad that I got all upset and doubted them. I cannot wait to review my products. I may even make a video to upload on Youtube. Vianacare customer support has been by far the best that I have dealt with. They were so apologetic and understanding. Made me feel so much better. Looking forward already to making another order.

I placed my order on 04/16/21, it is now 04/22/21. I received a confirmation and then had to go online to my account to get the tracking number. Tracking shows only that a label was created but nothing else at all. This was my first order and may be my last with them. I received to secondary email with tracking info, tracking info onlie is bad/no good/fake, I have no idea! But according to it, nothing has shipped to me at all yet

Does not seem legit
Ordered not too long ago still haven’t received anything. I tried to track my order and it says that the label was made and its not even at the ups facility. Basically paid for the label. I will be reporting this as fraud if I do not get an answer soon. Order # 2104/3504V

great company ,got first order after a day or 8 in Europe,but recently beginning of april they had shippingproblems ,so after my second order they cancelled and refund me ,i had to wait more then 2 weeks for this so got a bit worried but they helped me always out with my questions ,it s more a bank issue that you need to be patient ,i hope the shippingproblem to Europe will be solved fast again ,thanks and we speak soon ( i hope)

This is a SCAM. I'm very disappointed because I did an order and now look what they send me:

"My name is Elena and I am reaching out from Viana Care in regards to your recent order.
I regret to inform you that due to unforeseen logistics circumstances, we are currently only able to ship to the continental United States and cannot proceed with your shipment at this time."
I want to know WHERE on the website says they are unable to ship to US ?

Yes, THEY send me a receipt with the incorrect refund amount and I almost died because I did an order of $375.30 and the receipt was for $90 something. I obviously send another email to Elena and she send me another receipt with the correct refund amount. I don't know what there're talking about because the order was under my name and I am sure about that because I did it and paid for it. Now I have my money on my account so I'm happy but I just check on the website and they just updated the message about they don't send packages to US territories but WHY THEY DIDN'T DO THAT BEFORE? I really think these company need better organized people.

Thanks to this company, I’ve saved hundreds of dollars so far and I look years younger now that I’ve successfully gone from frowning and angry looking, to refreshed and rejuvenated (this was much needed after the past year of pandemic stress and lack of self care). Creeping up on 40 doesn’t seem so bad anymore😊
My advice to anyone ordering for the first time is to try being patient with shipping as products are from overseas and might be a bit longer than 3 days depending on if it’s passing through customs. Something tells me that any negative reviews here are from people forgetting this.
Trust me when I say that Vianacare’s top of the line products are worth the wait. I also have to give extra points for their exceptional customer service and prompt response time when I had questions about my items.

My order came within 5 business days. I didn't receive tracking info at first, but I reached out to customer support and they were able to send me the tracking info at that time. The package arrived two days early. Customer service representatives were very sweet and helpful. I would definitely order from Viana Care again.
