Some advice for buyers!

Final update!
I received the package! It was ordered the 12 and came the 21 so be mindful of that but keep in mind it’s coming from Korea so it’s not too bad! The person helping me was super helpful there was one message where she used the words “literally&for your information” which is a bit condescending but it might be a language barrier issue! I honeslty recommend if you have an issue to just come write a review on this site because they care more about fixing bad reviews rather than just focusing on customer service. I didn’t hear from them for two days and once I posted a review I heard back right away ! That’s just my advice ! I’ll post a separate review on the actual product !
Update: they created a label but 3 days later nothing ups haven’t received anything I saw a lot of reviews saying the same thing !! Giving its 3-5 more days. Then filing !

ANOTHER UPDATE: they emailed me again saying I guess they see my order but then they look up my email and they don’t see my order I’m so confused this is also so confusing I just want my tracking information because packages get stolen at my house all the time but then I get worried some of these reviews said that the package never showed up I don’t know if I should just file for fraud or if I should wait it out

UPDATE: got an email back saying they acknowledge my order and they’ll send me my order confirmation.. not sure why they didn’t just send it, haven’t got it yet its been a few hours.. not sure what’s going on

I was so excited when I saw great products on YouTube so I went and purchased right away spent over $100 never got an email confirmation nothing I’ve been emailing them for three days and calling& still nothing so devastating I wanted the products.. their customer service lacks. I will be filing for fraud and getting my money back.

Update: VianaCare has reached out to me to make sure I understand what is happening with the shipping. The reviews had me concerned but they truly seem like a company that wants to fix any issues. I placed an order also! After reviewing the comments below I’m really concerned! Again, all I see is a created label. I place my order on 4/06/2021. Confirmation order No. 2104/1652. I sent an email today which they have not answered. I’m usually very patient but these reviews give me anxiety- no customer service number to call so not sure what to do!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Maybe you’ll get your order, maybe not!

THIRD UPDATE: I finally received a package but it was missing $204 (almost half) the order!! That’s right! I finally get a box delivered and $204 of merchandise and product are missing— never put in the box or shipped!

OMG! Seriously!?!

Also, the Botox and Liprase arrived WARM! They’re supposed to be kept cold/chilled for a reason— which is why you ship it with an ice pack! Well it took so long that the ice pack long since melted! I’m not using Botox or Liprase that have been sitting warm/hot for 2+ weeks on a dock somewhere!

$502 of my hard earned money is being held hostage— STILL being held hostage. Vianacare keeps trying to stall on refunding me. They will try anything and everything to not refund money on all these missing/botched/damaged or never shipped orders.

REFUND ME IN FULL NOW!

I’m done!

SECOND UPDATE: I AM DEMANDING A FULL REFUND OR YOU DEAL WITH THE FRAUD CHARGEBACK!

In good faith (AGAIN), I gave Vianacare a few more days to provide me a tracking number that was working or my package to arrive. Eleven days in and I STILL don’t even have a working tracking number? No go! I’m $502 down with no package in sight. This is simply unacceptable! Vianacare could have simply rushed out all of these missing orders instead of telling affected customers to “wait some more, your package will magically arrive” when that’s simply not the case and not the way to run a company if they want to stay in business.

I stand by my initial assessment that this company is having some major problems, will take your money, send you a defunct tracking number and do nothing to remedy the situation—like sending out a replacement order for the ones that magically vanished off the face of the Earth, maybe?!? But that seems to be beyond their scope.

Don’t get screwed out of a crap ton of money like me and so many other customers recently have. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

UPDATE: I was just contacted by a very polite and understanding gentleman from Vianacare explaining their shipping partner’s logistical mishap causing all these delays in receiving recent orders.

I’m giving Vianacare the opportunity to address the logistical mess up. Otherwise, I was assured that I will received a full refund.

I will update this review pending the outcome.

Vianacare got me for $502 dollars! Yep, over half a grand!! I ordered on April 5th, 2021. On April 6th, I received a UPS tracking number yet, a week later, the package hasn’t even been handed over to UPS. I paid $502 just for a useless tracking number!!?!! No, sis! No. And these clowns don’t even reply to emails.

Apparently, this company is in serious financial and logistical trouble— which is why they recently stopped shipping to anyone but the US; probably because it’s easier to scam people here.

Don’t buy from these guys. This company has gone straight to the crapper recently, just taking hundreds and thousands of people’s money yet never ship out anything! Just read the other recent reviews right here on this site for further confirmation.

I’m doing a chargeback with my bank for fraud. Just shady AF. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I just received my first order and I was so excited! Though the instructions were not in English there are plenty of YOUTUBE videos to turn to for instructions. HOWEVER, now Viana care is not shipping to Australia anymore???? 🥲

I very disapointed in trying to put in…

I am a little disapointed in trying to put in a new order with Viana Care for new products and I see the website says delivery only to United States. Why is that?????. It was never an issue before in my past orders. Please shed some light why Viana care is no longer shipping to Canada or other parts of the world and only the United States. Hope that will change so we all can enjoy Viana Cares products.

Customer service is non-existent..

Customer service does not respond... I emailed to cancel my order before the shipment label was printed and long before 24 hours of ordering. However, not only was my email ignored but they also mixed in my billing address with my mailing address so that package won’t be getting very far. Honestly pretty agitated about it all. Side note: the order total changes prices too, which is not cool. It drops lower then it goes back up.... like what’s up with that??🤨

The Absolute Best Online Source for Dermal Supplies!!

Short answer: Easy, Great Prices, Authentic Products, Reliable, Fast Shipping. A+++++

Long answer:
They recently updated their payment methods; no more jumping thru endless frustrating hoops! Prepaid cards like Green Dot still don't work but I've found that's very, VERY common. They offer endless 10% off youtuber codes so always find one of those to use to save some $$.

Shipping: Crazy fast and it was free! I live in Michigan, USA. I ordered Wed 3/24 & received it via FedEx Mon 3/29. 5 days! I believe they always offer free shipping on orders over $300 otherwise it's $30 and although that's quite high, it's not surprising given the fact that they use FedEx (so there's tracking) and it's coming from South Korea.

Freebies: They always have promotions offering free goodies and boy did I received a TON this time! 20 face masks + 20 plastic cover sheets, supplies to do ALL of my dermal procedures which was a nice surprise, numbing cream, & a micro-needling stamp type thing called a hydro needle. Plus, since my order was over $500 I received a free gift: a well made electric pore cleaning/moisturizing device that I can't wait to try. I've never ever received freebies on this level. They most definitely want to make sure you have everything you need. Awesome...and RARE!

Also notable: my package came well packed with cold items in a thermal pouch along with an ice pack that was still cold. The order was correct & all items were all there.

Overall I have absolutely no complaints and I'm honestly the most impressed I've EVER been with an order of any kind. This company is AWESOME and given how hard it is to find legitimate dermal supplies online, this company is a gem!

I LOVE Viana Care. I've purchased @least 5 times and EVERYTHING has been on point (product, packaging, shipping, communication, price, etc). I was super nervous@1st because I thought it was either fake, a money scam, or someone was going to steal my $/identity lol. IT IS 100% LEGIT. I've purchased and used the Miracle L&H&TOUCH, Hyaron, numbing cream, masks, 'Botox' neuro stimulators products, 9&5 point needles, Salmon DNA, Eldermafill Hair Ampule, and so much more. I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY w/Not only the products, but ALSO the communications w/Viana Care. They are quick to help/clarify and questions I had (ex. What order to do Miracle L, Miracle H and the Touch BR) and shipping is actually BETTER than my regular USPS service (goes from Korea, to Alaska, to me) 🤦 I'll continue ordering from Viana Care-for my beauty needs (because as you can see from ☝️ I need a lot haha and using a coupon code of course🤣)!
