AVOID AVOID! Worse streaming site I have ever used. Bought for the Scotland games, never got to fully watch any of them! You cannot use a console, a smart tv or many others. Only works with a firestick, phone, and some smart tvs. Ridiculous for £15.

Robbing little fannies. Clicked free trial and now have sacked me into a ridiculous 12 month binding ordeal. Bank account will have to be changed as these ball sniffers aren't getting a penny.

They buy the rights to show the URC and then show half the games. Do you smooth brained fools realise that your the only UK broadcaster of this tournament. Why not sell it to sky or BT who know what they are doing and will ensure their customers get to watch the games they pay for.

Took my money but did not let me view the football game I was wanting to watch there seems to have been a mix up when trying to register is there a uk phone number I can call need to get this sorted not a happy bunny

Watching the Scotland v Cyprus game. It is almost unwatchable. The visual experience is horrific to the point of making me feel ill. Scottish football must dump Viaplay.

Subscribed through Prime. I have super fast broadband that streams UHD sports and films no problem yet the Viaplay sports football pictire is below standard definition. Really disappointing and poor.

Tried to sign up for this service to watch a live football game. Barriers to seal everywhere. Confusing website. Refused to accept my sky viewing card number, claimed it was already in their system but offered no way of bypassing this mistake.
Tried going very via Amazon Prime. However similar problems. Utter nonsense

Worst company EVER first of all can’t connect to my sky can only watch on the app which is pointless only reason I got the app was to watch the Celtic games (on my tv might I add) got the app the day before the final and tried that day and the day of the final but couldn’t connect wrong password apparently and trying even now for todays game (also tried yesterday) but no go sent email and no one answers the phone will be cancelling my app (hopefully) and would suggest u stay clear of Viaplay

I signed up for the 7 day free trial not the sports package. When I tried to watch the audio was out of sync with the video and the sub titles so I hopefully have cancelled, haven’t had any problems with other streaming services this one is rubbish

I paid Twice to watch the Celtic Rangers Game
on Sky And Also Prime Neither Worked Although They Have taken the money.
I paid 4hrs before just in case there was a problem and there was unable to get any customer service on chat or anything
So i did not get to see the match terrible service.

Got the subscription to watch Rangers vs Celtic cup final when i got the subscription app would not work and i couldn't watch the game but i could watch the rest of their terrible shows. Terrible terrible app do not get it even if you have a game you really want to watch should not be a company

Got to be one of the worst company’s! Absolute shambles to deal with , website and subscription are a joke . Cant get to speak to customer services ! How this company area allowed to trade is beyond me .
