bought a p.c. on next day delivery it didnt turn up until a day after it was supposed to, when it arrived it didn't work at all they had me pull out ram graphics card etc a week and a half later i still have the p.c. and still don't have a replacement DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

With a budget in mind and a reasonable amount of knowledge and experience with building, upgrading and modding PC's myself I started shopping around for a reputable company to build a new computer for me.
I like the security and convenience of a builders warranty rather than relying on manufacturers RMA's in the event of a component failure, should I have built the computer myself.
After carefully scrutinizing online reviews and using several of their competitors custom PC builder tools I settled on Vibox as their builder allowed me to build the PC I wanted with some of the most desired components, without being limited by stock availability.
The custom builder tool is a bit "janky" itself in that it sometimes doesn't provide the best descriptions of components, and also occasionally omits to warn you with its compatibility warning feature if you select redundant components increasing the potential for you to make unnecessary purchases. This happened to me in my build, but I put that down to my own naivety rather than anything malicious or willfully ignorant on the part of Vibox themselves. I imagine that this isn't a huge problem as most customers will pick something mostly pre-built and then just pick a few upgrades or modifications. However if you're picking parts from the "ground up" as I did then this is something to be aware of.
In my build I was notified straight away that they had my order and then within a day or two with questions on my preferences for certain setup choices. The correspondence was always cordial and the effort at communication was appreciated.
A few minor points of contention, the expected delivery date information in the order was wildly optimistic, but again this I expect had more to do with the nature of my computer being completely custom rather than put together from a pre-selected build on their website and they did communicate to me that I was waiting on parts that weren't in stock which extended the length of the build. Also on arrival I did notice that a part of two had been omitted, but was able to communicate with them straight away and get it amended.
Overall the computer itself is extremely nice and I can highly recommend the quality of their workmanship and professionalism.
I am very happy with the final product, and their customer service throughout the process.

Vibox. first pc i bought was few months ago and has been running perfect. The customer support experience was faultless
I bought a pc for a family member recently also and it arrived the other day i had a small issue with the fan and called the customer support. Will told me how to fix it and it took two seconds. Support was great.
Both pcs i got look great and i need a third pc for my daughter at Christmas and i can’t see any better place to get it than here so will absolutely use this service again.

I cant believe how amazing vibox customer service is . They didn't stop helping me until they had sorted it out , and trust me it must of been hard for him to email everything i had to do to see if it worked. Now thanks to customer services i have got my sons pc up and running. At the time when I bought my pc was when GPUs had inflated prices and were hard to find and they gave me a decent deal in terms of money and shipped it relatively quickly. However, they cut costs by putting sub par power supply's, motherboards and cpu coolers in builds with high end components. Originally I received it with a 600 w power supply for a 3070 ti and a i7 13700kf (not overclockable due to the bad MB and not up to spec cpu cooler causing constant high temps). The power supply caused crashing due to the components not receiving enough power and I troubleshooted this issue myself. Over email I had to debate this with a technician as I assume its inconvenient for them to have to replace and solve an issue they cause for themselves. Eventually having this replaced for free as I thankfully paid for 2 year warranty. I also talked about the poor cpu cooler and the high temps causing thermal throttling and crashing. Again, debating with them and eventually them sending out another cpu cooler I had to put in myself which I was happy to do. Unfortunately this one also was not up to spec for the tdp for the cpu. Having been frustrated with their cheap approach to my issue, I had to pay for my own cpu cooler and installed it myself. Not a company I could ever recommend due to their business approach, poor customer service and in some cases unqualified computer technicians having to debate wether I am correct about causation and solutions.

Excellent products at reasonable prices. But above all, and for me that is enough reason to buy from them, their customer service is unfailingly polite, helpful and patient. I had great problems with failed and partial deliveries, none of which were the fault of Vibox, but while I was tearing my hair out with the impossibility of getting any sense out of the delivery company (DPD), they took it upon themselves to deal with it. If only more companies (Amazon, Google anyone?) would follow their example.

Delivery was prompt and my son is very happy with his new Vibox gaming pc.
The help we received from Vibox support after my son updated the BIOS settings was exceptional, they gave us suggestions and helped us to resolve the issue quickly, so a special mention to Dylan.
I would recommend Vibox to anyone who wants the ease of a prebuilt gaming pc.

I don't normally write reviews, but I have decided to come back and do one for Vibox. Myself and my friends were talking about PC's and a lot were discussing how much they are upgrading, or changing every few years.
I have had my PC from Vibox for 10 years, and it is still going. Getting a new one is a wishlist not a priority for me as the one I am using still holds up so well. (even with a i5-4690K)
If you are on the fence about using them, don't be, my machine that has ran and gamed for 10 years is testament to that! Great build quality, runs great.

Customer Support engineer Dylan and senior IT member Henry, are the two heroes of this story. All started very wrong when I paid almost £1,900 for a gaming PC that arrived broken. These two gentlemen made the impossible: rectify all the issues and deliver a replacement PC in such a way and such great quality, that it made me change completely my opinion about Vibox Gaming company (from 0 stars to 5 stars, imagine!)

This is the second time that I have used Vibox. The first experience in getting my sons PC a year or two ago was brilliant, however that has not been my experience this time.
I placed an order toward the end of June for delivery on the 3rd of July. The 3rd came and went and no PC, I then sent an email asking what was happening. No reply. The status page for the order was still listing the 3rd of July for expected delivery. I then tried their Contact Us form, still no reply.
It seems the the company is happy to acknowledge receipt of your money but won't even acknowledge receipt of an email asking where your money has gone.
Maybe they will acknowledge a TrustPilot review, maybe ...
UPDATE:
I have now spoken with Vibox and they have rectified the situation that was due to a simultaneous technical issue with the build and communication issue around the matter. I understand and appreciate the issues with stock flow and component sourcing in the current environment (thank you Mr Tariff-man). Vibox were also very apologetic about the mis-communication and are looking to improve their internal processes. As I said at the start of this review, my initial experience with Vibox was brilliant and I can hope that this was only a hiccup in otherwise excellent service.

I ordered from Amazon the Vibox IX-533 Gaming PC Bundle which had installed (AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, AMD Ryzen RX 9070 XT 16GB, 32GB 5600MHz DDR5 RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD • Windows 11 • 27" Monitor, WiFi and ethernet port.
AMAZON advised the machine would be delivered 9-11th July, however I was able to change the delivery date to 01/07/2025 via the DPD app.
The PC arrived, beautifully packaged and took minutes to setup.
I had one issue in that the fans and colours were not working.
I contacted VIBOX and had dialogue with Dylan.
Dylan could not have been more helpful.
After sending him photos of what I was seeing, a couple of connectors had come free during delivery.
I quickly clipped these back, VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD, and the PC is running so SUPER FAST,
I cannot recommend VIBOX enough, superfast support (emails by return), superfast delivery, and AMAZON gave me a 10% voucher code, so that saved £191.00

Would be 0 stars if possible.
Bought the pc and after arrival was working completely fine, however after about two weeks the pc was having very bad problems with blue screening, crashing, restarting with no warning, etc. And when I tried finding where I got the pc from it seems it has been taken off the shelves entirely. The pc cannot even handle VERY simple games such as roblox, or even Osu! without Blue screening/crashing/restarting approximately every 10 minutes.
Plus one bonus the WiFi adapter it came with completely stopped working. Also came without Windows even activated???
Absolutely horrendous.

Absolutely amazing customer service, ordered a prebuilt pc bundle and had a couple of minor issues with it, the customer service rep (Dylan) replied back pretty much straight away during business hours and was so so helpful with a full explanation talking me through my issues and even video links or helpful product links (more so than I've received from other businesses) it was just a loose connection in the end which I was able to fix following the information from Dylan
