This company is incredible and I’m glad I took the chance ordering from them without having ever heard of them. Originally I tried to order a pre-built PC from them on Amazon, but Amazon gave me so many problems with it that I decided to look up Vibox and order from them. I’m glad I did, because I ended up recreating the exact same PC from amazon with more storage AND a bit cheaper. They offered free shipping, slightly upgraded my graphics card when the one I chose wasn’t available, and always kept a quick and open line of communication with me. They encouraged me to reach out to them if I had any questions or concerns. It did take a little longer than they had quoted, but were quick to answer me when I asked about it. When it did show up, everything looked incredible and worked perfectly. They even included a little haribo packet in the box! I did notice however that they forgot to include an HDD I had selected. When I messaged them about it, they apologised immediately and offered to pick it up to add it for me or send me the HDD to install myself. It wasn’t ideal, but i chose to install it myself and they sent videos to help me. Top tier customer service the entire way. My partner now intends to order from Vibox down the line as well.

Good customer service, really nice pc, haribos

Purchased a 3070ti gaming PC around 18 months ago and can't fault the quality of the product and the attentiveness of the customer service team (when I had a question on setup).

I have just today ordered another PC (custom, max spec 4090) and was extremely impressed with the ease of use of the website and also the value for money. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about purchasing a gaming PC, whether low end, mid tier or high end.

I loved everything about my order. The customer service team was quick to get back to me with any questions; I liked being able to fully customise my PC build; delivery was prompt and everything arrived secure in sturdy packaging. It's been running like a dream since I set it up, is so much quieter than my former PC, and being able to change the fan lights to so many options means I never get bored of looking at it. High-street brands like Dell and HP were more than twice the cost for similar specs. Vibox is the best value for money when buying a new PC, in my opinion.

Product selection and price from Vibox was terrific. A very fast delivery as promised with package securely wrapped.
Installation/set up was very straight forward.
Customer service for a very small problem encountered was incredibly fast, within minutes of emailing them I received responses, which rectified my issues.
All round great service provided and happy to recommend this company.
Will use them in future for PC requirements.

I bought a pc nearly a year ago now, absolute beast it doe's everything, if i asked it i would make me coffee the computer is mad, but that is not what made me write this review. my pc came with a little remote that will scroll the lights manually as well asswitch the fans on and increase or reduce the speed. it's little and I have a young cat, that loves to bat and bite EVERYTHING! so the remote is on a walkabout until the cat(garagamel) because he is evil, brings it back, so I called vibox and before Icould finish me story thelovely young lady sent one out to me. So little cat, bad! but good cos he funny. Computer Good because it just turned the kettle on,[-seriously a beast! And Vibox the customer sevice is secound to none. if they made goverments then we would have a well run country. keep doing what your doing cos it's all good. Thank you so much!

I bought this PC primarily for my son (gaming) with the benefit of being able to use also for school homework. He absolutely loves it! It looks impressive and has great graphics and functionality for his first gaming PC build. The website PC builder was easy to use and the customer support team were very friendly and knowledgeable on my son's needs. With life time support and other standard cover it was a great buy! Would highly recommend buying from Vibox.

I ordered a high end custom gaming desktop and followed up with a couple of questions about delivery.
Customer service were more than helpful and arranged to deliver at a suitable time.
The machine was very well packaged and setup was easy (pretty much P&P), and runs like a dream.
They also included a free Steam voucher.
Overall, I am more than happy with the purchase and would highly recommend.

Perfectly built to custom spec, good value and great customer service (glass panel had a scratch but they sorted out a replacement without question). Present for my daughter and she loves it!

Ordered my son's first gaming PC from Vibox. Did loads of research and these guys came up on top for me. Was still a little apprehensive as I don't know much about gaming PC's but having spoken to one advisor who went over and beyond , at Vibox, he was able to advise me on the best options. Honestly I couldn't ask for more as the PC arrived super quick in time for Christmas. It's all set up wonderfully and my son loves it. I also love and appreciate that these guys are always on hand if needed. Thanks Vibox .

That last part is more DPD's fault than Vibox's, but I'll get to that in a sec.

The PC itself is remarkable, what I expected and more. Red Dead Redemption 2 runs at a buttery smooth 60fps roughly 95% of the time at all ultra settings, Minecraft with Shaders looks and runs seamlessly as well, and the internal download speed (without factoring wifi in) is very good. The RGB lights are also pleasant to look at and the fan is nice as white noise. I also intend to try out Hearts of Iron 4 and Ready or Not in the near future. Maybe Spider-Man 2018 as well.

Throughout the process my worries were alleviated more than once by the very good customer support line via email, and everything they said lined up with what I got in the end, wish more manufacturers/senders had this amount of transparency/contact with the buyer.

Now we get to the bad side of this, one which was outside Vibox's control, and more down to DPD's incompetence and blatantly ignoring my delivery instructions. The driver showed up just after 3pm, I was sick at the time so I had gone to sleep, with a note in the app mentioning that I would possibly not be able to answer the door, and that if that were to happen, to leave the parcel at my flat's front door. The driver instead came into the apartment complex and left it on the ground floor, my buzzer wasn't rung nor was I given a phone call. What ended up happening was my neighbor taking the package into her flat and opening it all up, something that very well could've ended in damage. Thankfully this was not the case, later in setup the PC was all fine with no missing parts, so I don't think I'll be pressing charges, but I most likely will end up reporting the driver, and refraining from using DPD again. I would also advise Vibox to potentially consider alternative delivery services if this becomes a reoccurring issue.

All in all I would rate my experience an 8.5/10, solid all around with a minor hiccup but a more than satisfactory conclusion to my PC hunt throughout this year, bravo Vibox.

I have been very satisfied with my Vibox PC and also, importantly, their customer service. I would highly recommend them. My PC experienced a problem with it's power supply however Vibox diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly and pragmatically. It was great to speak directly and quickly with knowledgeable people by phone and not be forced through a series of chatbots or automated menus. Many companies could learn from Vibox's excellent approach to customer service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. If every company was like this then britain wouldn’t have such a horrible stereotype of poor customer service. The lovely manager zac was so helpful this man should have a medal. cannot recommend these guys enough if you’re looking for a pc, any issues they’re guaranteed to sort for you free of charge. Just amazing.

Early days regarding the machine I purchased, but everything seems be going good.Great customer service from Zac. He went through the spec of the computer and gave good advice. He and the Team at Vibox, gave turnaround and the computer was built and delivered in time for my Son's birthday. Thank you.
