Ordered a gaming pc for my wife i had a few issues with trying to get into my account it was my fault not vibox one or two emails later all sorted none of this we will reply to you in 24 to 48 hours all replies were within 10 to 15 minutes so excellent customer service and my wife loves her pc so all good 👍

Great pc with amazing graphics and smooth play. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The customer service with these guys is the best I’ve encountered. Very good all round, look no further.

I've never ordered a custom built PC before, but had bought a pre built Vibox a few years ago so knew they were a good company. Their website is super easy to navigate, the choices laid out really clearly and no hidden cost! I ordered on a saturday so wasnt expecting the PC until middle of the week, but it arrived on Tuesday morning! Crazy fast! Loved the little touches included in the order. The PC runs like a dream, its above and beyond what I had expected. I would highly recommend Vibox for custom or pre built.

Absolutely phenomenal service. We purchased our sons gaming PC back in October for his birthday on the 18/12. When he opened it on his birthday we struggled with a couple of things and being a Sunday I thought I would drop Vibox an email & await a reply on Monday/Tuesday. Turns out I was wrong, they replied pretty much immediately on a Sunday! Helped me sort the issue (I know absolutely nothing about gaming PCs!) I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great PC, good value, good customer service! Second Vibox PC I've had now and will buy again in future. Chosing parts and optimising for my budget was easy and was very impressed with the options Vibox provides for budget PCs, top-end rigs, and anything in between. :)

Great spec gaming pc plus when ordering you can tailor the spec to suit your needs or budget. However delivery was very poor, the £1400 worth would have been left by the doorstep open to the elements, luckily a neighbour saw DPD leave it and took it in for me. DPD didn't contact me at all either before or after delivery I thought this was very poor

Slight issue setting up the monitor to the pc.
As it was a present for my grand son and he’s hundreds of miles away we had difficulty talking him through it.
I emailed Vibox and they replied within half an hour and
explained what needed to be done, they were so helpful and their customer service was so quick and sympathetic . I highly recommend this amazing uk company. My grandson is also over the moon with the gaming pc too now it’s all been set up

We all know the stress off buying online especially if your using a site for the first time will everything arrive will it arrive at all 😱 especially when your spending big money on something. I bought my son a vibox pc gaming bundle for €1,500 for xams, when the package arrived the monitor was missing so i emailed vibox straight away thinking it would take a day or two for a reply but they literally emailed me back in minutes, so after 4 or 5 emails back and forth the problem was resolved and i received the new monitor within a couple of days , I would definitely use this company again no Messing around just get your problem sorted,

Really well packaged and delivered super fast

After searching around for the past six weeks or so for a computer that would serve specific needs, I decided I would have to have one custom built. I contacted several local PC builders and they weren't much help.
I found Vibox on DuckDuckGo search and they were quite local to me, so I gave them a call. I spoke to a guy called Zac and explained what I already have, and what I wanted my new PC to do. He immediately came up with a solution that was not only affordable and completely suitable for what I needed, but would also serve me very well longterm.
Zac was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. He spent almost half an hour on the phone answering my questions and made sure I was completely happy with everything by the time we ended the call.
I haven't got all the money I need yet for the PC we've talked about, but I will definitely be ordering from Vibox when the funds arrive.

Bought our first family gaming computer through these guys & they've been absolutely brilliant. The computer is far superior to any that we'd found within our budget (and significantly cheaper than the ones of equal spec by bigger named brands), delivery was fast & customer service is second to none. Highly recommend.

Vibox were very quick to deliver! Especially as I ordered over a bank holiday weekend. Worth the cost.
Computer was very easy to set up and works very well for what i need it to do (streaming on twitch whilst playing pc games). PC runs very quiet & the LED lights & white casing fit the room very well.

I held off writing a review because I wanted to wait and see how my desktop performs. It has been more than two months now and BOY this is everything I had ever wanted and more!

Background: In the last 5-7 years I have owned multiple laptops from a few very reputable brands. Yet I have consistently experienced inconsistent performance - something always goes wrong very quickly. I had never had a machine which simply...works (is that so much to ask for??)!

After doing some research online, I decided to give Vibox a try.

While I have some basic knowledge around the key features I am looking for (CPU, RAM, GPU), I am not a real expert with computers so Vibox is great because it gave me just enough options to play around and customize - without getting into the super technical stuff.

Customer service was responsive, helpful and pleasant when answering my questions. I got my machine in about a week, and when I got it, I plugged it in and it just...worked! No fuss or hassle at all!

Overall, very happy with the product and the service I received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody thinking about getting a custom-built laptop.

I ordered a gaming pc bundle for a very reasonable price, I got it a week early was packaged with care and love (gave me sweets lol)👌🏻 I couldn’t recommend this company more to anyone who wants a gaming pc defiantly worth it!!

PC is an absolute beast. Love the buget slider and the customizeability of the specs. Highly recomend to anyone if they need a good PC for good price.

Contacted Vibox via email and they were super helpful. My son needed a certain spec to run an Oculus Rift S, and they told me exactly what to order. PC arrived within 48 hours and my son is thrilled with it. He'd been really poorly and it meant a lot to him and really cheered him up. Thank you!

Gaming pc, arriving with an RTX 3070 ti and i5-12400f, came in immaculate condition - perfect cable management and amazing packaging. Couldn’t ask for anything better, and it came with a realistic price - I would only save ~50 quid building it myself!

I bought my first Vibox PC for home use over 7 years ago. It has been great and has still plenty of life in it.

Since then I have suggested to anyone who asked me about PC suppliers that they should contact Vibox.

I have just been delivered with a new Vibox PC to replace my old system which is starting to show signs of it's age.

I am delighted with its performance.

Vibox are not great at sending out emails or texts on the progress of your order, but give them a call and they are right on it
