After paying the product I got a mail I could not get it because of one or more different reasons (illegal, fake etc.). I got an offer for 150% increase of the ammount, but I said no.
I also paid for track and trace, but will lokely not get that back...

Extremely poor service and extremely overpriced products no free returns, and to return a parcel for their misleading information is £20-£30 for items under 1kg . it seems like they only offer a refund to use in vicedeal not a full refund as most items are 200%+ more expensive than other sites. This site steals your money

I would give zero stars, if I could...

I ordered and paid 4 extendable clotheslines on the no.vicedeal.com site for ca. EUR 250 (!). At that time I was not aware of the fact that this is actually a Chinese company. Their website looked more or less unsuspicious. Should have done my research before...

2 days later I was informed that the articles I chose were not available. Then it took them 2 more attempts to show me a similar product (at the same price of course...).

I then wanted to cancel the order and I was told that it was too late and I had to wait for delivery. I could then return the goods.

So I waited - 6 weeks. The tracking function on the confirmation mail did not work. It showed the delivery lost/stuck somewhere in Australia...

After about 5 attempts to contact their 24/7 support by email, on 5 consecutive days, I finally received an email, that the goods had been delivered. Of course not to the address I gave them, but to a pick up point.

When I wanted to pick the package up the pick up point I was asked for a pick up code, which of course I had not received from vicedeal.com.

I could talk the kind person at the pick up point into handing it over anyway, which took another half hour.

When I inspected the goods at home, I found the quality very poor. Yes, it was in stainless steel, as advertised, but all in all typical cheap Chinese production and not up to my expectations. Certainly not worth EUR 60 or so per article.

So, I decided to return the articles, as I was told initially. Reading their returns policy I found that they ensure that even for an order value of that size (EUR 250), it is probably not worth returning.
Why? You have to send the order back to Hongkong (no joke) at your own cost, and only if and when they receive the articles in original package and undamaged, they will decide if you get your money back and how much. Shipping cost for the return is at your cost anyway.

I will bring the stuff to the local charity shop.

I take more pleasure in writing this honest and bad review rather than going to the hoops and loops of returning the goods and then probably be even more out of pocket.

My tip: don't buy here.

Have not received the item yet, so cannot comment on the quality or delivery, but the purchase experience was quick and perfect.

2nd order, ticked the wrong box with first. Discount code was offered when Customer help eventually found and discount paid for the second order flawlessly

the product was not as expected: it was labelled as ‘statue’ but it was only a picture - a nice one, but not 3d, only 2d.
Shipping took quite some time.
Customer service helped very well to find a solution 👍

I bought a motorcycle solenoid of this company about 6 months ago sent email etc part never turned up after all this time never heard back from them avoid at all costs

The order I bought was ment for the whole set and not just 1 article. The description was a complete set, not one thing. I couldn’t change anything and I really felt misleeded. You don’t speak over a set of gloves but a pair of gloves. A set is the whole package

Delivery took a while but the product was correct and worked like it should.
