A clever cross boarder scam
A clever scam, hard to find items not to cheaply priced so it looks realistic. Then a month later "something" arrives from China with just enough similarity to cause confusion. I expect the Paypal and credit card companies are aware that something is wrong, but let it carry on unless it's starts to negatively affect them.
