Even when there wasn't much to update with it was appreciated, was good to know someone else was pushing for everything to go through. I couldn't have been happier with the service. Ollie, for the initial viewings was great. A big shout out has to go to Toby who went above and beyond to be helpful and make the whole transaction as pleasant and easy as it could be.

Toby pitched everything just right, he wasn't pushy, he had exactly the right balance of communication and contact that you expect and need from a professional. Toby definitely isn't a 'typical Estate Agent' which is actually very high praise indeed!

We recently sold our home through Vickery, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. We worked closely with Matthew, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He was understanding, patient, and incredibly helpful nothing was ever too much trouble. Moving home can be very stressful, but Matthew made the transition so much easier for us.

We have recently purchased a house with Vickery and would definitely consider using them again in the future for our sale (if we ever move). They have been incredibly reliable, professional and helpful throughout what has been quite a difficult transaction. I would highly recommend them as they went above and beyond helping me. My dad passed away a few days after he accepted the offer, but nothing was too much for Edward (Camberley office). He kept everything going I had to go through my dad's papers to find some of the information, but Edward was so patient with me while I was trying to find the answers. Every week Edward would phone me with an update even if there was nothing to report. I live in Devon so a couple of times Edward went round my mum and dad's house to report back that everything was alright. I am so pleased we went with them could not fault them in anything they done. We had the solicitor that is attached to Vickery and that was the best decision as they leased with each other and made everything run a lot smoother. We reached out to Vickery about a property that we saw on Rightmove and were keen to view, unfortunately it sold before we could book a viewing.

But that is where we spoke to Ethan and the team at Lightwater about our requirements for our first home together.

They asked all the questions you would expect: who, what, where, why, when.

They didn't have anything that suited at that point, but weeks later we received a call to discuss a property that was yet to reach the market but met many of our requirments.

What a property it was, ideal location, dual aspect and a wonderful garden and garage.

Lewis from the Camberley Branch was quite simply amazing. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was so efficient. He made the whole process so easy with all his helpful advice. I had an excellent experience with Vickery Estate Agents, and specifically with Edward Whitaker, who managed my purchase. From start to finish, his service was highly professional, efficient, and reassuring. His communication was clear, accurate and honest throughout, and I was always kept informed of any progress or hold ups.

What I particularly valued was his attention to detail and the way he handled everything with integrity and care. Whilst there were issues with the conveyancing of my sale, subsequently holding up the chain, Edward was always on hand to offer advice and guidance and chase for information and updates. I felt confident that I was in safe hands at all times and always appreciated his efforts to help.

Despite an initial buyer pulling out after 3 weeks, Toby and his colleagues (Lightwater Office) managed to find a new buyer immediately. Things have progressed smoothly and we have been regularly contacted and updated on any matters. Luckily our respective solicitors have been efficient in our purchase and sale with everyone involved being agreeable to a move date that we were able to choose.

Toby was very helpful and patient with my search, did everything he could to help me find perfect property for me within my budget and requirements was just unfortunate to be out bidded in the end.
Will definitely be using them to help when I start looking again hopefully with getting deal over the line
