I ordered an Item 5 weeks ago still have Not received it, I have informed the supplier ie you, and the only response I keep getting is the Phone No of the Postal service. I have requested a refund with absolutely No response, so in future I will Not be dealing with you and I will recommend that No one else does
They finally offered me 30% of the value of the goods rubbish company don't buy from them you could be throwing your money away

Were told to return the product to their supplier at an additional cost of 14.35€.
Vidalce now ignore our emails and are not refunding.
