I ordered the vidaXL Freistehende Markise 3x3 m Creme and it arrived quickly, however the quality is poor! In 2 weeks it started rusting, the stability is horrible as the stabilization posts are way too short. It also is very clunky to roll up and doesn’t roll up tight, so rain collects and the weight makes it look strained The concept is fantastic, it is only the quality that is not good! However, following my review, they responded immediately to try to help improve the situation! The service and responsiveness that I received was very good! I can recommend ordering from this company! I would give them 4 for service, but the product quality itself makes me rate my review as a 3.

Such a Bad experience, it's so hard to contact the support and they answer so late.
I got the item with a missing part that can't be replaced so far. I was expecting that contacting the support gonna bring something so they can send me that missing part . Instead I got three options none of them is on my favor. Either I get a Gutschein for 30 euros (while my product is around 200 euros) or I get 20 euros in my bank account and shut my mouth or I send the item back (and here it's just so complicated and I have to pay for it by myself and it cost a quiet respectful amount of money effort and time.)
Until now still looking for a solution. If not. I'll just fill a complaint and jump to the law. I also recommend everyone who had such an experience to do the same so we can stop this scam !

Update: Still no solution + they are still making sure it schould be hard and complicated to make a return.

Update2: I got my refund , the telephoneguy helped with the return + I got a "Gutschein"

I ordered 180x200 but the size is not exactly 180x200 as I can’t adjust the mattress. I have 2 mattresses 180x200 but none of them is being adjusted on the bed. The bed frame is for sure smaller as per description.

Some product are ok, some are pure garbage.
If it was the case thatbthe price is super low, it would be expected.
One example is an 11 piece set of garden furniture which was almost never used and kept inside. I started having people around since it’s getting nicer outside and people are starting to fall into the chairs. Now I need to reinforce everything or just use them for fire.
Terrible terrible quality!
But for a good price, terrible material quality is infuriating.
Also they don’t have the leave a review option on their site.
I’ll be avoiding it all together.

Ordered many times without any issues. Especially garden equipment I can recommend. Because prices here are much more normal than in stores in DE.

Delivery was quick. There was no damages and all parts necessary to assemble were there. The quality is a little lacking in terms of finishing. However it was still good.

+ The price is cheap.
+ Deliver fast.
+ Assemble tool set is enough.
After my initial review, the customer contact to resolve the problem. They also offered a partial refund which I am happy to receive.

- However assembly is not straightforward and quite troublesome few steps.
- The quality is not very good. Even very tight fastened, the bed still sounds alot and quite inconvenient at night.
Updated: i fastened again all corners, and stick some antishock pad on all legs. Now it's not as noisy as it was.
- there were some minor damaged by delivery.

Got a backyard tent much cheaper than in local stores but the same quality. I like it

New Update from 22.12.2023 : i never expected such a good and speedy customer service from vidaxl.de, within couple of days company contacted me for the inconvenience happened. They offered me product return or 40 euro refund. As furniture already installed i have choosen refund to reduce my loss. It inspired me for once again future buy. But i will be more careful next time before i unpack and install the product.

The order and delivery process was lightning speed! The chair was exactly as shown. For that price it cannot be beaten. A very good experience.

A misunderstanding with the delivery company, a delay caused by me and a negligence from VidaXL led to 2 months of emailing, trying hard to clear the situation...

Even though we have issues , they will replace items

Awful products, I got a bed the wood is really bad quality, it chips-out which can be very dangerous to children, the screws were too big and the measurements are off. For a full refund I need to return the product as delivered, which is impossible as we had to do some holes to attach pieces together... This company is a scam they know their products are bad, so they rely on people like me that didn't do enough research.

Looks good and works for us. Since it is all plastic, it is not as stable. But this was known to us and we can have to live with it.

Bis jetzt alles ist wunderbar! The Queen bed is amazing it holds the mattress very well and for the price I’m satisfied !!

I bought a bed a month ago the wooden support of the mattress ore braking just by sleeping on them

I bought furniture from vidaXL on home24.de - quality was so bad, it couldn't be assembled; worse: since Dec 15 I am trying to return it; after so many automatized emails I finally got confirmation for the pick-up date, Dec 28. No one showed up. I sent another email asking for the company name (for me to follow up) and a new pick-up date ASAP. I was told that I was not home - although I spent the whole day waiting for the furniture to be picked up and now I am waiting again (days?) to get a new date confirmed, also no information was provided on the company who was supposed to pick it up. Big box still in my apartment, still no refund.

The gate is as I expected. Stable and easy to assemble. Definitely all stainless steel. The only issue I have is it's not designed to be self standing. But I knew this before I ordered it. Not sure what the keys are for but I expect it's a standard lock. To unlock just reach over for the catch.
