5 hours to construct planter
Never for a second did I expect a planter to arrive in so many parts ! It took me approximately 5 hours to sort the unmarked parts, BEND the metal pieces into shape and construct with countless screws - I wish I had just immediately returned this item but continued to make it as I had spent so much time on it ! To my absolute surprise it had no base ?? And in fairness when I looked at the item it had noted this but I just couldn’t see how this is possible as obviously it needs to be filled with heavy earth and plants ! It was a complete waste of €130 and I could NOT recommend this item

Defective product, broken promises, and two weeks of going in circles.
The product arrived and was impossible to assemble the instructions were inadequate and, based on other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue rather than a one-off.
A refund was agreed to on multiple occasions but never followed through. What followed was two weeks of frustration dealing with bots and online chat agents, none of whom could actually resolve anything. Every time I made contact I had to explain the full situation from scratch there was clearly no continuity between agents.
I was told DPD would collect the item for return. No collection ever arrived. When I followed up, I was informed I would need to pay €59.97 to return the 3 planters myself for a product that was defective to begin with. That fee was eventually waived after further contact, but again, no collection materialised.I took time off work as no time could be given except 7/5 now I face a new collection date and don’t know what I will say to work and if it will be another wasted day
To make matters worse, DPD tracking details were provided on two separate occasions neither reference number showed any activity whatsoever on the DPD website. It is unclear whether collections were ever actually booked.
At this point I have 3 defective product I cannot use, no refund, and no resolution in sight.This has been a serious stressful situation hours spent trying to build and hours spent chasing emails bots and agents
And phone lines only open 9am till 12 so I can’t even ring

Poor quality product
Shed arrived ok but doors were too buckled once assembled to close properly. Erected on a specially made smooth concrete base, but still big puddles of water getting in underneath. Basically the metal is so thin it's like working with a drinks can. You get what uou pay for, alas. In an update, we got the doors to stay shut by affixing bolts onto blocks of wood top and bottom, but rain still gets in around the door because there isn't any kind of seal. Currently waiting for it to dry out enough to put in silicone sealant around the inside of the floor where the walls are attached. I wanted the shed to store my electric lawnmower and hedge trimmer and tools and I'm not sure it will ever be fit for this purpose.

Don't respond to emails, poor quality goods.
I returned a gate because the latch was faulty and I'm still waiting on a refund. I last emailed on 9th May and have yet to receive a reply. Don't order unless you want poor quality and bad customer service!

vidaXL Adirondack Rocking Chair Black 92 x 73.5 x 92 cm HDPE.Looks beautiful in photos
Looks beautiful in photos, but unfortunately this chair is much more “garden decoration” than actual relaxation chair.
The biggest issue is the backrest height — there is no head support, so you cannot properly lean back and relax. The rocking motion is also very minimal, nowhere near the cozy rocking-chair feeling many people probably expect.
I specifically wanted a comfortable rocking chair experience and this did not deliver that at all. It looks modern and feels sturdy, but comfort-wise it is disappointing for the price.
Assembly was also frustrating and overly complicated.
If you are looking for a true cozy, relaxing rocking chair where you can fully lean back and unwind — this is probably not the chair for you.

I ordered 5 items of furniture and they took longer than expected to deliver and even got delivered to an address miles away from where they were supposed to be delivered. Customer service is awful and un helpful. They told me I have to print out a form and send it back to them before they will investigate. I don’t have a printer and cannot get out due to a disability so cannot print off the form to fill in. They said there is nothing they can do without the form even though I’ve explained my situation. So now I am out of pocket and no furniture. Tried online chat, phoned them and even got in touch with the delivery company but nothing no one can do. Money I cannot afford to waste

Customer experience of ordering and delivery are excellent. BUT... this is my third experience of a product that looks simple but is really difficult and time consuming to assemble - who has the time or the will to insert 120 screws? Note to self look for the assembly manual before committing to any future purchases.

Hit and miss
They deliver very quickly. Most products are great and easy to assemble but I recently bought an indoor cat house and it was awful to assemble with holes not drilled in where they should be etc. It's a bit hit and miss with them. The garden beds are great though.
