Utter and complete incompetency
I tried to buy some planters from them. All items arrived damaged, some during transit, some had manufacturing defects. I contacted them and they said they would replace them. Sure, that sounds great. Then I received a notification about getting a refund instead of replacement. I contacted them again and they reassured me that yes I will get my replacements. The courier coming to pickup the return came at an undisclosed time when we were not even home and couldn't even try to schedule being there for the collection.
Finally, I received the refund and that is the last contact I ever want to have with them.

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I purchased a retractable wind breaker that doesn’t retract. I called for an address to return and they would not provide the information, instead they ask for video footage of the item not working before they will consider if I can return. I was offered £14 to keep it instead ??? It’s faulty why would I want to keep it . Now left with an item that is not fit for purpose and a loss of £60. Terrible customer service , avoid !!!

The scarifier was only ok
The scarifier was only ok. I had to upgrade the wheels to 1 inch smaller and far more robust as they failed almost immediately.
You may need to get a longer bolt to level the unit with the lawnmower. Once all of the above is done. It works ok to well.

Poor quality weed membrane
I bought white weed membrane 25 x 2 Mts. I was a bit dubious because it was very reasonable. If something seems too good to be true it probably is, but I couldn't find it for sale anywhere else. The quality is absolutely rubbish. Even the finished side edges frayed, not to mind the areas I had to cut, that just went to fritters. I used it but I know I will regret it as I feel I've just wasted a few days putting it down and I'll end up having to re do it all again shortly I fear. I would have happily payed double, even triple the price for a quality product. I will never again shop on this website, even if I can't find the product anywhere else.
Follow up...
The customer care team appear to be genuinely empathetic and anxious to resolve issues promptly. My recommendation to the business is to check the quality of the products they offer for sale prior to advertising them on their website. My advice to customers is to only buy products that have already been reviewed by other customers

I would say dont buy off this site…
I would say dont buy off this site unless you have surgical skill and precision tools.
Bought a small metal side board in anthracite the SKU is 853400.
It came out if the boat with a scratch on one of the panels to start with. The screen is actually plastic not glass and its just really poor quality.
Weve tried putting it together over several days buts its ridiculously finicky. You would need to align everything with surgical precision and have special miniature screw drivers. They should have used dowels. The more pieces you join the harder it is to access the tiny little screw holes with the tiny little screws.
We've given up. Save yourself the headache

Very happy with my order
Very happy with my order, if you like making flat pack furniture these gates are no problem.. My parcel was delivered to someone else which is a bit annoying, but it turned up at my house later in the day. The parcel was very heavy, so id never have gotten it home by myself.

Don’t buy from them! I ordered 2 sets of flower planters and it was a disaster from start to finish. They gave an estimated time of delivery between 3-5 business days. Despite contacting them several times , I didn’t receive delivery until 8 business days had passed. When I did get delivery I only received 1 of the 2 items I ordered. Contacted them with photos from the courier and asked that they refund me for the item I didn’t get. They wouldn’t give a refund and I had to chargeback with my bank to get my money back. Absolutely worst service I have had from any item bought online.
Quality of product I did receive was poor. Instructions were lacking and some holes for screws were not drilled properly for assembly.

The product itself was fine but putting together was very difficult. I had to get someone to do it for me in the end - it took them 4 hours and it still isn’t right and cost euro 150. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless your a carpenter.

5 hours to construct planter
Never for a second did I expect a planter to arrive in so many parts ! It took me approximately 5 hours to sort the unmarked parts, BEND the metal pieces into shape and construct with countless screws - I wish I had just immediately returned this item but continued to make it as I had spent so much time on it ! To my absolute surprise it had no base ?? And in fairness when I looked at the item it had noted this but I just couldn’t see how this is possible as obviously it needs to be filled with heavy earth and plants ! It was a complete waste of €130 and I could NOT recommend this item
