From temu to vidxl
This was my second time using Vidaxl and it was a disapointment both time. The desk drawers i bought this time was not as i had hoped. The picture on the product made it look like i could fit some items in them but once i got them it was tiny. The price for the item is insane to tbh. I feel like the buisness model is buy from Temu and then sell them from Vidaxl. Part of this was my own fault, i should have gone though the entire description and instead of thinking it was acrual drawers that would fit an office desk knows it was an a5 size drawer that when assemled is the sise of a toolbox.
I paid 95 euro. When looking at the IKEA wesite, the exact same drawer called Helmer, costs 40 euro... just saying.

Having a terrible experience
Having a terrible experience. My order from October was lost, had a huge stress over it as it was furniture for my new opening clinic , we weren’t on time.
But more over I still don’t have my refund! They are still investigating the case when I provided all photo and video evidence.
No communication, I’m just wasting my time calling them all the time.

I had issues with a product and reviewed it here honestly and fairly. Almost immediately, VidaXL customer service reached out to me to see how they could help. I was actually shocked at how quickly they offered me a resolution: a partial refund for my troubles, or a discount code for a future purchase. They followed up quickly and were so professional—I’m so happy. It’s clear that they stand by their brand, and are willing to do what’s right to make their customers happy!

Good purchase process, product a bit disappointing
Purchase process and delivery were positive. On the other hand, the product was hard to assembly and quality not as expected. I’ll have to wait and see to confirm if it is indeed waterproof.

Update2: After 6 months of use I can easily say that this was a bad purchase, product is of the worst quality. I’m about to throw it all away.

diamond core drill bit
I bought a diamond core drill and it is a beast i have to say. 202mm wide. solid contruction. i haven't used it yet but hope to in the near future. Very good value for money too at the time.

Attentive customer service
I ordered a parasol and 2 teak banana benches on 8/12. The site advertised delivery within 1-3 days. The parasol arrived on 15/12. One of the banana benches arrived today (7/1/26) and who knows where the other teak bench is - GLS tracking implies it is still in France. The banana bench that did arrive was of poor quality plus bits of it had broken off and holes were not drilled accurately. Such a poor product in such poor condition delivered after a month for something costing €340. I’ll let you decide. I’ve been waiting since 22/12 for customer service to get back to me with a solution - and I’m still waiting for one of the benches - who knows what condition that will arrive in if it ever arrives.
Update- issue with delivery delay has been escalated. No resolution yet. Partial refund offered for broken bench - satisfied with that outcome.
Further update - apparently (after one month, and may follow up emails, they inform me the other bench was lost!) send on replacement without consulting me. I requested a refund, which they eventually provided (after sitting on my money for a month and a half). Replacement arrived. VidaXL were very generous and allowed me to keep the replacement for free.
The delays show that the company probably needs to use a better courier company, but the customer service in dealing with the issues was excellent.

Overall Good,need attention to build
Overall, we managed to assemble the table ourselves, but the manual could be clearer and more detailed. We made a few "mistakes," but that was because it wasn't explicitly stated in the manual. Also, some pieces arrived slightly damaged. Nothing major, but part of the front of the mirror is damaged, so it's quite noticeable. But overall, I loved my table.

Unfair return policy
Purchased as a Christmas present and needed to return as it was cheap-looking and flimsy, but was told I couldn't as VidaXL has a 14 day return policy. This was not advertised and is particularly unfair around Christmas when people are buying items as gifts. Very unhappy with this experience, particularly given the price of the bird bath.

vidaXL Photo Studio Kit with 5 Coloured Backdrops and Adjustable Frame
The fabric that was shipped with this item is very poor quality, it is folded and creased so badly that it is completely unusable as a photography backdrop, the stands are poor quality and cheaply made.
Over all I would not recommend this item at all!!
Very disappointed.

Ordered a kitchen dresser unit in solid…
Ordered a kitchen dresser unit in solid raw pine ,hinges very poor quality on base and top unit ,dowel pegs could of been supplied with a small pack of wood glue ,2 drawers base unit only had one underneath support .wouldn't recommend buying due to poor quality .

There was not proper instructions. Nothing was marked and we had to guess what went where. It should have only taken appx. 1 hr but it was 3 hours altogether
