Everything was good fast delivery and very good quality

Although the purchased product did not fit and had to be returned, the service team organized everything perfectly. I have already looked at another similar product, which I think will suit my needs better. We will be your customers in the future. Thank you.

Despite being late,generally my order went fine. For more than a week I tryed to contact with the delivery,but ot was no luck.

Low quality item, table has major imperfections, glue that was used to stick the tabletop is spilling all over. Some parts are already unstuck so we can see the cardboard thats inside. Delivery was quick but the item is terrible.

The sunbeds are very uncomfortable, I do not reccomened buying those. It took few days for sitting parts to squeeze down, while construction where firm. Laying on them became impossible even with padding. Laying on front I could even call a torture, it is impossible, your middle part bends down and just standing after that is painfull. The quality of the product is very poor, if I knew, I would never even consider buying it. The price of the product is higher then economy class, but it is not worth even half a price. No one is even using it now, only for short time sitting, so thinking of throwing it out. It is very unfortunate. Saying that, the service of vidaxl and delivery was as promised, no complains there.

The shipping was fast and the product just as i anticipated.

Price was affordable and delivery was free. Good

It was a worst purchase in my life. i was ordering a NEW bed for cat. First time DPD did not deliver it to me and sent it back - i was waiting for them all day. There was no help from support and they told me to purchase a second time. When package was finally received after 3 weeks - it was a USED BROKEN item that they did not allow to return. I never used it as t was not possible. It was not even packed - just several details thrown inside the package.

I am updating this note because i got a warning thati am a liar and did not purchase. my order was , #0370000090814 . I do not know why they are offering something here - they do not help never if to contact. i did not store photos. First delivery was returned back as it was DPD with their usual jokes and second delivery i got USED/OLD/DIRTY/TORN. What should i do if i do not want to deal with their bullying anymore? So now i am a liar... DIRTY/TORN/USED/UNPACK delivered after 3 weeks from original order was not enough....

Cats could be sick and you can not vaccinate a cat from most of those fatal diseases just because this vaccination does not exist. This is why nobody gives USED items to their cats.... I am not talking that selling torn and dirty items is not normal. I would not write such a review if this would be for humans.. but when you even open such used item you can kill your lovely pet because of such sellers.

So now I regret that i wrote this review because this company now attacks me by emails. They are writing me that this order was not delivered. they are just LIARS. Yes i had to purchase 2 times because DPD did not give me the parcel - they just phoned and told that I will not proof that I did not refuse from the delivery. This parcel was booked on 4th of October.
Another parcel was purchased on 13th of October because the first was never received. I paid and when i opened a box - it was an OLD ITEM not even packed - it was dirty and broken. And now they are attacking me and requesting to send me a photo of the parcel. They did not help me in both cases. But today is 26 of MAY and this broken old/used item was received on 13th of October. They did not help and i did not keep this thing. I do not know what to do so they would stop attacking me now. THEY DID NOT HELP IN BOTH CASES WHEN I APPLYED.

They are not worth 1 star, but it is not possible to give less. I did not like this, i just shared with my experience and this shall not mean that they can attack me just because of my review. If they really think that i am a liar - they can go to the court.

Ordered grey box, received black. Called customer care, promised to send some kind of form to fill,never received. Bad expirience

Ordering a pergola, getting a delivery date in a little more than 2 weeks, then the day of delivery telling that they are sold out. Will deliver money back after 2-5 days. I really don’t like to borrow money like that for a company, 3 weeks keeping my money.
