The program works as advertised and CS even helped me transfer my license to a new computer (since the old one would not be used anymore), instead of asking me to purchase a new license.

VidJuice is a solid performer backed by awesome customer support for all questions, especially when I needed to reset my Windows computer and had trouble validating my serial#--Support was fast to respond and worked through the issue quickly---Kudos, to VidJuice customer support! Since the time I purchased the product, VidJuice's timely updates help mitigate any issues I've had trying to save files from the sites they support. I certainly hope there will be more sites they support in the near future.

I had been searching for the perfect video downloader for YEARS and had actually given up on finding one that did everything I needed. Then I randomly found Vidjuice Unitube and my search was officially over. If you are looking for a no BS video downloader, look no further. Its not free but WELL worth the price.

I searched and found VidJuice and really happy with product. I purchased and used it immediately.
I paid twice times because provided wrong email, when I contacted them and explained they refunded me with 5 minutes only.

The tool itself is very useful already. But I would emphasize more on the support. They are fast, efficient and reliable at best. You could never go wrong with this product and company.
