This was a good choice for me!
This is a really nice program. I'd been using two separate programs before, one for video and one for audio. This does both, and even converts from video to audio or different video formats. Nice!
Customer service has also been excellent. I reported an issue with not being able to download from one of the sites in their list of sites where the program works, and it was fixed in about a day. They've also agreed to incorporate a suggestion I offered in their next update.
No complaints here!

Simple, yet superior
I just got the app and tried both the desktop and the cloud version. They both work super flawlessly. It's simple to use but does the work like or better than the expensive software out there. I had a request with the support team to update my credential, and they did it in no time. Very pleased. Highly recommended. Thank you, VidJuice team!
