We booked a tour for schonbrunn, we were here we we foud that the tour starts at the opera. The operator was rude and colosed the phone when i was talking to him. He didn't allowed us to join the tour later. I would not recomand this agency. They took the money and didn't provided anything.

When I got on the bus at the Opera House stop. it smelled of cigarette smoke. The upstairs windows were all closed so the smell was trapped inside the bus. I couldn't breathe so I had to get off.

The bus driver denied smoking inside all the while he was smoking while talking to me. He said he smokes wherever he wants to. His name is Hannibal according to his colleagues. His male colleague apologized but defended him but his female colleague was supportive of my complaint.

Workers need to respect their customers health. Don't smoke on the job & stink up the bus that affects customer's health. I refuse to patronize business that doesn't respect customer's health.

Very clear instructions about meeting time and place. Excellent guides, Very safe driver. Comfortable coach. All in all an excellent tour!

While the guide was good, the time allocated for enjoying each of the sites was limited. There was no wine tasting included. The price of the tour was not worth the value of the money paid for it. I would not recommend it.

Communication and instructions were very good. The coach was nice and the guide also very good.

The guide was excellent both in expressing herself and having the necessary knowledge and information and patience in explaining all questions
Also it was a homogeneous group which was very considerate of others and staying together at all times.

While it's raining,there is no use for the night tour-you don't see anything.
The panorama tour around shanbrun palace -shaky carriage and there no audio in any language nor something to see.

It was a great tour. The guide was outstanding. He explained everything both on the way to Salsburg, during our stay as well as when we headed back to Vienna. Our guide did a great job speaking both n English and in Spanish.

We were deceived. We were supposed to see the lakes in Salzburg. And we didn't see them. Terrible service. I do not recommend it to anyone. They did not follow the itinerary. Horrible..

The ride spent (with normal traffic) 17 minutes showing us the atractions park, which has no historical importance, or historical relevance compared to the monuments Viena's made of.
I only took the time to give the feedback because you refused to refund the ticket that was puechased by mistake the same day, earlier, applying the non refundable politic, but nowhere in the policy said that that applies for tickets buyed on the same day, which makes a violation of the ethics and good practices of business.
The syncri of the audio is super off, and the quality of the sound is horrible. Like listening to a voice recording when you call an electricity/gas/mobile company.

The actual hop on / hop off bus tours were very good & we tried them all, Blue, red & green.
The problem comes when you try to get the city boat cruise which the Hilton Hotel confirmed was included on our 72 hour / 3 day pass tickets.
So after a performance at the pier and denied boarding, we had to fork out another 30 Euros to get on board the DDSG vessel.
Beware..............Dont do it !
You have a tour of graphiti, then waited 20 minutes to get into a lock and another 45 minutes in the lock before being turfed off the vessel on the danube somewhere.
The crew wanted more money for us to be returned to the departure pier or informed us to leave the vessel.
Absolutely shocking service & behaviour.
I will be informing Vienna tourism office & the Hotel to beware of these scam merchants on DDSG.
There were families with kids that had no option but to leave the vessel & find their own way back

Must have experience. We got a beautiful snapshot of the beautiful buildings and their history in a single tour during our last evening in Vienna.

A really informative and well organised trip to Budapest with a local guide to share insights of the city.

The tour lady was great (i think her name was Gunti)

Terrible tour to Budapest. Spent more than 9 hours of the 12 hour day on the bus or on the road. After lunch only about 2 hours for a walk around the city. The bilingual tour meant we went twice around most areas even though the bus was often stuck in traffic. Total waste of money.

Overall, we’re grateful that the opportunity existed to take a trip to the Wachau valley from Vienna. A couple of suggestions we could give to improve the trip would be to take less time at the beginning of the bus tour to try to sell upgrade packages, because it limited the time we had in Dürnstein. When we parked, we were only given 45 minutes, and realistically, after the long line of bathrooms lines, only 30 minutes to race through the town. We were told to eat lunch in Melk, but many guests already ordered nice meals on the boat, so there was no need for more than an hour before the tour in Melk started. Instead, it would have been great to get the tickets sooner to be able to explore the paths in the abbey park, because there was hardly any time to do so after the abbey tour.

Excellent information. Friendly guide. Stop by Durnsten castle should either have been longer or left out as there was too little time to do anything other than walk a little way into town. No time for a coffee or to visit the castle. Tour in Melk was good but also a bit rushed.

The schedule is very rarely

The tour guide was not very good. He barely gave us any information that was interesting. All he did was sleep during the trip back one positive though was he stayed with us the whole time during the Hallstatt walking tour and shifffahren.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the team, especially Lola, for their outstanding service and support during my recent trip. Due to a mix-up with the meeting time caused by incorrect email information, I missed the original tour. I was understandably disappointed, as visiting Hallstatt was the highlight of my Vienna trip.

However, Lola handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. She immediately helped reschedule the tour for me and even arranged a free shuttle to the hotel I stayed, so I wouldn’t miss out. Thanks to her quick response and genuine care, I was able to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Hallstatt as planned.

I’m truly grateful for her effort, and it turned what could have been a major setback into one of the most memorable parts of my journey. Thank you again for going above and beyond.
