Money taken from account, goods not delivered
Placed an order weeks ago, when inquired about it been told they gonna ship it next day. Week later still waiting. No replies to my emails, can't be reached on phone, simply asking to leave a voicemail. Avoid if possible!!
Apalling company
Ordered a suit carrier on the 24th April, payment immediately taken. By the 28th hadn't heard anything so called them, no-one answered so left a voicemail - no reply apart from an e-mail stating the goods were being dispatched that day.
It's now a week later and still nothing, further e-mails and voicemails from me not replied to and calls not answered in any capacity so I've demanded a full refund.
I need the suit carrier pretty quickly so I'll go to a retailer who wants to offer real customer service.
Update - despite an e-mail stating 'I will ensure someone comes back to you on this ASAP' - nothing has happened, no courtesy e-mail, goods haven't arrived, no refund. It would appear that by ignoring me they think the matter is going to go away, it's disgusting customer service.
AND NOW!!! - they have sent a generic e-mail stating they have ceased trading - yesterday! bloody furious!
However they have provided evidence that they have refunded me in full, I'll be following this up next week with my card provider.
Sorry that people have lost their jobs.

Great Customer Service.
I ordered a briefcase which was shipped directly from Italy. Vigano kept me informed by email throughout the process. Ordered on Friday, delivered the following Tuesday. You couldn't get much quicker than that. Well done Vigano.

After 3 weeks of delivery delay and couple of emails, I didn't even receive an apology or explanation. Result=bad experience with customer service, and not happy customer...

Although the item I ordered was out of stock at the time, they ordered one from their suppliers immediately and e-mailed almost daily to update me on progress. The item arrived quickly and at an amazing price. Absolutely brilliant service.
Item ordered 20th July now August 12 and not received yet.
Very poor c service. 10 days after I first ordered they claimed that the parcel had been sent by Royal Mail and would send another one ASAP. That also did not happen and 9 days after that I have inquired again. No response so far. Will never buy again from them and do not recommend them..

Still waiting delivery 04 July 2016, I have emailed several times & had several excuses from them,Like all stock sold out to quickly, new stock had had the Item number changed and this has caused a delay,Then I was promised it would be dispatched Wed 29th June, Now they say it was dispatched Friday 01st July 2016, Have not sent any Tracking number,
Completely unprofessional I would strongly advise to steer clear & not buy from this seller, Very Bad Unreliable not helpful at all

pfaff filters
I was struggling to find the pfaff filters to purchase anywhere. I contacted vigano who advised that there was a uk shortage from pfaff, the leadtime was 5 weeks, after ordering, vigano kept me updated and delivered as promosed, I can now use my roller press again. Thanks vigano.
Lovely leather bag
My daughter had just graduated from medical school, and I was looking for a lovely leather Gladstone bag that would last her for years, I found this lovely bag on there website PV-4886, I contacted Vigano to get an idea of how long this would take to arrive and they advised it was shipped from Italy and would take 5 - 7 days. The delivery actually arrived after 10 days, which I was not too worried about. The bag is beautiful, and my daughter is delighted with her gift. Thank you so much, Denise x

Unprofessional
I have purchased travel system for my baby.12 days later not receiving the item or any udate,I have e-mailed for info and just day later was informed this item is unavailable....
I expect baby next week and wonder how will I manage to sort buggy in such short time not too mention if the baby comes early...
I am very disappoinetd and will not make another puchase from Vigano.
Pitty I did not see all these bad reviews before I made purchase from them.Very very sad!Hope at least Vigano will have decency to refund my money quick....

Unprofessional business
I ordered from Vigano before Christmas. The item arrived on a pallet broken in pieces. The only contact I have with them is via email as they never answer the phone, which always raises alarm bells. I finally arranged for the item to be sent back and Vigano promised me a refund. Their supplier contacted me to confirm that the item was received and that they had refunded Vigano but it's over a month since they promised me a refund and still nothing. I sent another email to be told they would chase it with accounts. That was on the 7th Jan, It's now the 8th of Feb. Not happy at all. I am now considering the small claims court.

Deceptive company
Ordered a trouser press on 20/12, website states 'next day delivery' in the main banner, no mention on the item description to state otherwise.
E-mailed the company on the 22nd to ask when the item will be delivered as no e-mail other than the payment receipt had been received.
E-mail received back fairly promptly (at least they got that bit done well) to tell me that the delivery time is 2 weeks, and can I 'hold on'.
I have no choice but to 'hold on' but I won't be buying from this company again, that is a very deceptive (and pretty nasty) trick to get you to purchase from them.
Then got a phone call from Vigano, telling me that 'if you click on next day delivery and read the small print it says to phone them first and that they have refunded my payment' despite me telling them by e-mail I would wait.
Not really impressed that they pushed it back on to me and pretty much said I should have read the small print
As I said to them on the phone, if it states next day delivery, why would I click on a link to read the small print when so many companies out there state next day delivery and actually deliver next day

It's up to you if you want to purchase from them but I know I won't be doing so again, there are plenty of companies out there that don't try to get you to buy using 'smoke and mirrors'
