Order stuck for 20+ days – Terrible Service and Zero Solutions

I am writing this review because the situation has become completely unacceptable. My order has been sitting in the warehouse for over 20 days, despite the fact that I have already paid for international shipping.
Key Issues:
• Shipping Status Error: The tracking status is stuck on "Awaiting payment for international shipping." This is factually incorrect as all shipping fees were settled at the time of purchase.
• Incompetent Support: Every time I contact customer service, I receive the same canned response: "We have urged the warehouse to prioritize your shipment." These "urges" clearly lead nowhere, as the package hasn't moved an inch.
• No Updates or Refunds: I have received no concrete information regarding the delay, nor have I been offered a way to cancel the order and get my money back.
It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and then be ignored by automated or unhelpful support. At this point, it feels like my money has been taken with no intention of delivering the goods.

I honestly had a really great experience with this store. From the moment I placed my order, everything felt professional and well organized. As much as it is easy to choose and pay…

As much as it is easy to choose and pay for goods, the shipping and delivery on the other hand is poor service all together. Been waiting on atleast 4 shipments of orders for over 30 days now, no updates on tracking orders, and costumer service isn’t helpful either in this platform. One even wonders of he will revive his orders all together.

AMAZING QUALITY!!

AMAZING QUALITY!!! especially for the price i can not fault it at all. i got a pair of sunglasses and 2 bracelets, they are identical to the real versions and the quality feels so expensive, the bracelets dont go green either. shipping went smoothly i got my products fast and they came greatly packaged to make sure no damage would be made on my products. thank you to the seller and i will definitely be repurchasing items from the website!!

In my opinion this is one of the best…

In my opinion this is one of the best agents out there by, shipping times are very competitive, prices are pretty reasonable aswell, and the exchange rates are profoundly good. However, there are a few minor short comings, as like many other agent, Vigorbuy doesnt have a easy to use User Interface, but that reflected on their new operations as an agent and I hope they can improve it quickly. Overall, my experience with them has been very good I will definitely be using them again (Gonna ship out an order right now after this review) Nk64oVPe

I had a really great experience with this order from start to finish. The delivery was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition, which I really appreciated. I ordered dry hoodies and two perfumes, and I am very happy with the quality of all the items. The hoodies are comfortable and well made, and the perfumes smell amazing and last long. Everything matched the description exactly, so there were no unpleasant surprises. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend this company to others. I will most likely order from them again in the future.

As a platform they are absolutely…

As a platform they are absolutely unhelpful. If for any reason you have changed your mind to buy an item even before it was shipped they will find one thousand excuses including “custom made” for mass production just not to give you money back. Customer support claims that you are talking to the real person but it sounds as broken record from the bot. Whatever you asking the answers are the same “we are only platform can’t do anything” please avoid, there are more similar platforms to choose from

Not shipping and order placed month ago

I ordered like more than a month ago yet no tracking and reporting about my order. Ordered with DHL, my trusted delivery service, it delivers fast. So delivery is not made, they say they get the products from 1688 and the make it ship to their werehouse, i don't even know if they did that because, as said before, there is no tracking number. Also when contacting the assistant there is just the bot, and it is hard to redirect to a human assistant, finally when you are able to get one, it is still useless because they don't solve nothing, 'the package is shipped yesterday' she said and closed the chat. Like, it took them one month just to take the order and get it ready, not even delivering it. Disappointment at peak, don't buy here, it is just a time waste.
