Online (Amazon) I purchased a Virgue…

Online (Amazon) I purchased a Virgue cordless screwdriver in 2023. I used this screwdriver maybe ten times. Now it will not charge up. The company has NO PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have sent multiple e-mails to this company (with a read receipt requested). The "read receipt" has been verified, however THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO CONTACT ME. My suggestion is there are lots of cordless screwdrivers on Amazon.... Run away from this company as fast as you can. If Virgue wants to contact me they can call me @ 954-680-3353. Leave me a message, I promise you I will call you back. I'M NOT HOLDING MY BREATH WAITING FOR THIS COMPANY.

This I will purchase again

This I will purchase again, I'm designing a prototype now. So all the items I'm buying at the moment is for the design so I will no what items to add to the parts list, I will keep you posted with updates as the items come in.

Was looking for nuts to fit the screws…

Was looking for nuts to fit the screws for a TV mount and didn't realize this kit only goes up to M5. Many TV mounts require M6 or M8 screws. Totally my fault so I can't use this kit, but not sending back as it seem pretty well made and could use it for another project one day.

Great little kit

Great little kit. It's so hard to find kits that include M2 screws which I need for occasional projects. I like how it came with hex wrenches because I completely forgot to order some along with it. Good assortment with better than average quality
