No care or love applied . Customers are just a conveyer belt of money .
A prison ship where the guards try to fleece you .No love or care applied for passengers - the buffet breakfast is revolting and passengers are a production line whose only purpose is to pay over the odds in the casino , the bars and the restaurants . I’d have paid more to get off than I paid to go on !

We couldn’t travel due to Corona and are still waiting for our money to be paid back. They claim that they are too busy to pay money back and that it will take “a very long time” before we can expect our money back
