Ordered a hug ring from this company on…

Ordered a hug ring from this company on 9 Feb and stated express shipping, hopefully can reach on 14 Feb for valentine's day but to my horror until now 6 Mar still did not receive anything from them, emailed them many times with no reply nor apology. Wondering if it is a legit company or a SCAM? Stay away if possible.

Not happy

My boyfriend placed an order on January 10 (Order #VK92719), and we still have not received any tracking information. We have sent multiple emails to customer service but have not received a proper response.

The lack of communication is very disappointing and does not reflect good customer service. At this point, we are starting to lose confidence in this company. We simply want clarity about when the order will be shipped and delivered.

I hope this review encourages the company to respond and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Zero customer support

I placed an order on 13-Feb. Received an email with order number. Post that there is no update and no response to any of my frustrating emails to order confirmed email address. Zero customer support. Never had such experience with any order with other companies so far. Never seen a company who doesn't acknowledge customer email.

Totally a Scam

My experience with Viktorias was just as terrible as everyone else's . I placed an Order #VS2086 before Valentine’s Day. It’s now been over two weeks and I've not received anything or received any updates. I’ve sent two emails and haven’t received any response. I began to suspect that this was a scam.

Very disappointing

I ordered the “I love you necklace” on Feb 10 believing their 2 day express delivery promise and expecting it to arrive by Valentine’s Day. What a mistake that was. Now it’s Feb 23 and I’ve received no shipping confirmation or tracking number or any meaningful response to my emails.
Very disappointing. I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering.

Scam! TEMU garbage! #VK88472

Scam! Ordered a Solid Gold (gold vermeil) hug necklace with gift box. First given a tracking which was not possible to track. Thought it was a total scam and was moderately pissed. Suddenly after 2 weeks the package shows up in my “mailbox”, no delivery security whatsoever.. Opens the package and yes there box in there, first impression, cheap craft paper with cheaply printed logo on box, estimated production cost is maximum € 0.05. In the box a mini-sized ziplock bag with a necklace in there, hardly visible. Chain in SILVER, HALF the thickness shown in pictures (I have picture proof but no way to attach here), NOT gold vermeil. Pendant HALF the size of what is shown in the picture. Cannot stress how much you need to stay away from these scammers, they also run sister websites/sister brands, same garbage same anonymous sellers with no accountability!

My experience with Viktorias has been very disappointing. I placed Order #VK94377 before Valentine’s Day and was guaranteed express delivery, but it’s now been over a week and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent two emails and haven’t received any response. The lack of communication is really frustrating. I’m hoping this review encourages the team to look into my order and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I made my order December 2

I made my order December 2, 2025 due to volume of order they cant deliver on time, January 13 2026 I recieves and email that they were giving me an option its iether refund or one of a hug ring so i choose hug ring since i like the necklace that suppose to be my gift for my wife 50th birthday,
From the Jan 13 2026 they said atleast 3 weeks until it deliver. Until now i havnt heard anything.

Lost delivery?

I placed my order on 1 February in hopes that the hug ring would get to me in time for Valentines day. The order was going well and I was able to track it's progress until 12 February when the status changed to "out for delivery". After which all communication was lost. There has not been a single update regarding its where abouts since 12 February and nobody has responded to my 3 emails I've sent or my attempted communication on Instagram DM. I feel completely in the dark and unsure of my purchase.

I can unfortunately only join the evaluations. I ordered a chain for valentines day, after the chain wasn't delivered in time, nor any information of the delivery was sent, I sent an email. This was answered by an automated reply, my question wasn't even answered or acknowledged.
I repeated my question and haven't received an answer yet.

Obviously the company sits in the US and makes aggressive marketing like temu, to force itself into the market.

If you would put in half the effort on working off orders, as you pop up Left right and center of every website, or say sorry for the bad experience customers have with you, your business would probably strive.

Stay out of it and stick to the known, genuine pages, your money is spent wisely.
