Dreadful 😱 experience
Firstly, I gave one star only because there’s no option to put zero!!
I ordered two of their hug rings, before Christmas, and still not received them- It’s Feb 1st now - so not happy to lose that amount of money !
Initially, I received an automated response email, saying they were exceptionally busy and they would look into it; It was Christmas!!! You’re going to be busy!! And actually, that’s not my problem!!! Long story short they have stopped responding to my emails, have not resolved my issue- just took my money!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL ROUND!!

My experience with this company has been very mixed, and I think it’s important to share the full picture. At the beginning, things went quite poorly — the delivery was delayed much longer than expected, and customer support during that period was slow and unresponsive. Because of that, I left a negative review, as I believed customers deserved to know what was happening.
After some time, the company reached out to me. Their communication was polite and professional. They were not pushy, they didn’t ask me to delete my review, and they approached the situation respectfully. We agreed that I would update my review, and in return, they would send me a replacement item instead of issuing a refund. In good faith, I fulfilled my part of the agreement and updated the review.
However, after that, they stopped responding and did not follow through with what they promised. Despite the fact that I updated the review exactly as we agreed, I never received any confirmation, any reply, or the replacement product. This showed me that the agreement on their side was not sincere or serious.
For that reason, I am updating my review again — not out of frustration, but because I believe customers should have an accurate and honest understanding of how this company operates. They had a clear opportunity to resolve the situation, but ultimately did not honor the commitment they themselves proposed. I hope they improve their communication and start respecting the agreements they make with customers.
Mixed experience
First of all, order was delayed but not too much, like a week. Then I requested refund via email, as they said I can refund it for 100 days. It was more than month ago. I sent 3 emails and got zero responses. If support is going to answer here, it is my order id VK82382

I placed an order for an “I Love You” necklace toward the end of September. Since the product was being shipped from the UK to Dubai, I waited patiently at first. However, when the delivery did not arrive even by the end of November, I became concerned and worried that I might have lost my money, as the payment had already been made online. In that state of distress, I posted a negative review here and also commented on Viktoria’s Instagram ads.
Shortly after, Mr. Louise from the team personally reached out to me, ensured that my order was delivered, and also promised a full refund. This truly turned the situation around for me—I ended up with double happiness from a single order, and it was ultimately worth the wait.
While I feel the company’s operations are quite large and customer response times can take months, especially for delayed orders, the way my issue was handled in the end was reassuring. Based on the final outcome, I would now rate the experience 4 out of 5.
I am currently awaiting my refund, and once that is completed, I would be happy to continue ordering from them in the future.

Terrible experience, avoid at any cost!
I placed an order for a ring at the beginning of December (Order #VK76342). I contacted the company to ask about the delivery timeframe but received no response. Due to the shipping delay, I missed the opportunity to give the ring to my mum as a Christmas present.
When the ring finally arrived, I was disappointed with the quality and contacted Viktorias customer service in early January to arrange a return. I did not receive any reply. Since then, I have tried reaching them multiple times through email, their contact forms, and social media channels, but I have had absolutely no response.
The lack of communication both before and after delivery, combined with the difficulty in arranging a return, has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Buyers should be aware of the risk of poor customer service and lack of support if issues arise.

No information about my order whatsoever. Never received anything, almost 2 months I've been waiting. Never ordering again at this company.
Arrived too late and no comms
Waiting/delivery time for order was much much later than advertised. After trying to contact them many times as my purchase was for a Birthday present the order eventually arrived a long time after. Never once a reply, but they have emailed me more than once to leave a review here on Trustpilot so I am.
Avoid at all cost
Received another helpless email yesterday stating that because I paid via PayPal for this product they were having difficulty sending back my money via PayPal due to a bug ? Have you ever heard such crap although on 31st December I Received an email stating they had issued my refund and would be with me in 1-5 working days that was 16 days ago now and still trying to fob me off with a bug now via PayPal

I'm still waiting for a full refund, after a false promises, and a completely incorrect order.

I do not recommend this company. I placed an order for two rings on 28/11 during their Black Week promotion. The advertisement clearly stated “buy two, get one free” and also promised a free gift with every order.
To my surprise, when I received my package, there was no free gift and the third (free) ring was missing. On top of that, the order was shipped from China in just a plastic bag, with no protection for the products, which felt careless. I contacted customer service twice, but they never responded.
This is false advertising and very disappointing. I would not trust this site for future purchases.

My initial dealings with Viktorias were quite negative. I wasn't receiving communication on my order, and I honestly began to feel like I'd been scammed.
After eventually hearing from them, they apologised for the order delay and lack of communication. This was due to being completely overwhelmed by the number of orders they received in a short period.
Once I read this along with being assured my order would be delivered, and a part refund issued for the inconvenience, I feel sympathetic as it certainly felt like they wanted their customers to feel good and walk away happy.
I can confirm that I received my order of three hug rings, one in silver and two in gold. The quality of the jewellery is just beautiful and feels lovely too. I've worn mine every day since receiving it and haven't taken it off once!
I've also received my part refund, and am completely satisfied with the lengths they've gone to, they turned my experience with them into a positive one - I'd order through them again.
For anyone reading through the reviews, please know that although there are many negative reviews, I was one of those customers and have now had a complete turnaround. I believe they just need time to work through thousands of emails and orders and have no doubt they'll eventually catch up with everyone who's placed an order.

I ordered 2 rings for my daughters, but after wearing them for a week and a half, the gold color has completely faded. The rings haven't been worn while showering and sleeping. I ' am disappointed :(

I ORDERED a £99.99 GOLD HUG NECKLACE ON 2/12/25 ( Gold necklace - order # vk76848) as a special thank you present.
Money deducted from account (£99.99). After MANY MANY Emails a cheap non gold necklace arrived 23/12/25.
I again have sent MANY MORE TEXTS. AS USUAL. No response .
No other choice to report the matter to police .
MY ADVICE STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I fear this company has many other outlets and companies and JUST CLOSES each outlet when it's CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES are identified .
I am a pensioner and cannot afford to have almost £100 Stolen from my account .

Refund Resolution Required – Unauthorized Shipment

Stop sending the same template replies about changing my review for a 50% or 75% refund. That is not the issue.
You shipped the product without my consent after I had already cancelled the order, and you still have not provided a legitimate return and refund solution.
Provide a proper resolution immediately:
- A clear return process with a prepaid label, or
- A full refund for the unauthorized shipment.
If you continue avoiding this and refuse to handle it properly, it only reinforces serious concerns that your operation is fraudulent. I am proceeding with my bank dispute and legal reporting.

Tried to cancel order but emails ignored. Eventually offered a 70% refund but then all emails bounced back. So far no refund. Please do the right thing before I escalate to Trading Standards. Not based abroad as the website suggests- but in the UK as address was on the packaging. Order #VK67675
