Very disappointed

Hello,

Placed the order on the 12th of Dec, paid and choose fast and safe delivery…They say 4-8 working days delivery.I received an email with the order no.No movement from the 17th of Dec. I asked the carrier and they said the order hasn’t even left…. Order no VK85118.Totally dissapointed.

No response

Tried to cancel order hours after placing it but all messages were ignored. Then tried to organise a return. Offered a 70% refund which when I replied to say yes- all my emails bounced back. When emailing using a different Address to send it from, it didn’t bounce back but have had no response. So disappointed as this seems like a scam. Rob W

I have since replied again to Viktorias as requested below but no reply…
Do not use this ‘company’- I am now escalating to Trading Standards as I have their trading address.

Absolutely terrible support

Absolutely terrible support. The delivery never arrived and the package was marked as damaged by the courrier more than 2 weeks ago. I tried to email, no answer, I have messaged more than 10 times on Instagram, no return either. I have filled an official complain as Fraud.
It is an absolute scam, do NOT order there.

Disappointing return and exchange policy

I bought a ring as a gift for a friend, but unfortunately I chose the wrong color. The seller advertises a 100-day return or exchange policy, so I contacted customer support by email to request an exchange.
Instead of offering an exchange, I was told I could keep the ring and receive 70% of the value back in the form of a voucher, supposedly for ecological reasons. This solution makes no sense to me — I have no use for a ring I won’t wear.
If I want the correct ring, I would have to place a new order and spend even more money in this shop, which is presented as a more “eco-friendly” option.
Because of this experience, I will not shop here again. Also wouldn't recommend to anyone else.
The ring looks nice, though.

Total failure

I ordered two rings on 6 December (one for a birthday mid-December and the other for a Christmas gift) with expedited delivery. The order was not received when promised and has not yet arrived. I missed the birthday and Christmas. I emailed for an update but my email was rejected as the mailbox is full. The worst delivery and customer care I think I have ever experienced.

Cheap products from Chinese e-shops

My original review disappeared, so I am posting it again. Based on my personal experience, I consider Viktorias to be scammers.

I waited more than two weeks for my order, and only after receiving it did I discover that the shipment came from China, despite being presented otherwise. The so-called “hug ring” is NOT silver. It is a very lightweight plastic ring with no hallmark, identical to products sold for just a few cents on various Chinese online marketplaces.

In one publicly available review, I read that a Viktorias employee told a customer that their ring only looks similar to cheap products from Chinese e-shops, but is supposedly a different and higher-quality item. I consider this claim to be false. Anyone with even basic knowledge knows how real silver looks and behaves — and this product is clearly not silver.

I find the timing of this practice, just before Christmas, highly suspicious and likely intentional.

I have asked Viktorias for the option to return the product free of charge and receive a full refund. Depending on how they respond, I will either let the matter go and accept that, because of them, I did not have a proper Christmas gift for my sister, or I will be forced to pursue the matter through legal channels due to misleading advertising, false claims about the material, consumer deception, undisclosed product origin, and the sale of a product that does not match its declared quality.

I do not recommend Viktorias.

About the shipping origin: Your parcel was routed through an international logistics partner, which is why the outer shipping label shows China. This relates to the fulfilment and consolidation process — not to dropshipping from random marketplaces, and we are not affiliated with AliExpress or similar platforms. That said, we recognise that this can create the wrong impression, and we will review how we communicate this more transparently.

About the material: The Hug Ring you ordered is not plastic. Our product pages list the materials used (for example stainless steel / plated variants or S925 sterling silver where applicable). Some variants are not hallmarked because hallmarking standards vary by market and apply primarily to solid precious-metal jewellery. However — if the item you received does not match the material specification shown on the product page, that is our responsibility, and in that case you are absolutely entitled to a return and refund.

We take claims about quality and product representation seriously, and we will review your order and batch details internally to make sure everything aligns with the specifications provided.

Once you reply to our email, we’ll help you with:
- a free return where applicable, and
- a full refund if you prefer not to keep the item.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company, and I don’t recommend anyone to buy from, they will share with you an email that your order is shipped, and then it will stuck and you will never see your order.
Their email which is info@viktorias is not legit and will send an auto reply that they are having high demand and will be in touch shortly, but as usual, no one will answer you.
People should report this online store to the authorities to help people from falling under their scam

Not a pleasant experience


I ordered a ring(VK80709) on 6th December email on 9th from delivery company saying they got information from sender about incoming order. no delivery has arrived Have emailed Viktorias several times for update and have got no reply only automated rese ring is a Christmas present The lack of communication is totally unacceptable .Where is the order and when will it arrive?If not delivered in next week legal action will be forthcoming to recover payment.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Jewellery is extremely cheap looking. It came in a packed with Japanese writing all over, looks like it’s from AliExpress. No info on the website on how to return the items and no replies to my email I’ve sent them. Think I’m going to have to contact my bank about a chargeback. VK83395

Following on from your reply to my review. You did not give me an option to even return. You asked me to change my rating on trust pilot for a 50% refund of my items. You have since not replied to me when I asked for a pre paid label to refund everything.

Once again following on from more emails you have sent. You confirmed I would get a 100% refund however you only refunded me 50%. You are not responding to my emails and owe me the other 50%!! If this isn’t resolved by the end of next week I will be contacting my bank.

Lied about processing second half of refund. I've been waiting a week for it (this has now been going on for a month) they keep asking me to edit my review however their customer service is getting worse and worse. DONT waste your money buying anything from this company

Regarding the packaging and AliExpress comparison: We are not associated with AliExpress or any similar marketplace. Viktorias is an independent jewellery brand, and our pieces are produced to our own designs and specifications through our manufacturing partners. The outer shipping bag you received with Japanese writing is from a logistics partner that helps us consolidate and ship parcels more efficiently internationally – it’s not the original source of the jewellery and doesn’t mean the products are from AliExpress.

That said, if the jewellery doesn’t meet your expectations in terms of quality or appearance, that’s completely valid – and in that case, we don’t want you to feel stuck with something you’re unhappy with. Once you follow the steps in the email from info@viktorias.com, we’ll help you with a return and refund instead of you needing to go through a chargeback with your bank.

Brought a ring and necklace about 3…

Brought a ring and necklace about 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received anything. It’s meant to be a Christmas gift but I can’t give that now as it hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted them through email twice and have had no reply. This is very disappointing.

Unacceptable service – money taken, no ring, no answers

I placed an order on December 8th (Order #VK82183) for a ring that was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my sister. The money was taken immediately.

On December 11th, I received an email saying the order was “on its way”, but since then there has been complete silence. No delivery, no tracking updates, nothing.

I have now sent two emails to customer support and received zero response. This is completely unacceptable. Christmas is in 3 days, and because of their lack of communication and reliability, I now have no gift to give.

At this point, I expect either the ring to be delivered immediately or my money refunded in full. Taking payment without delivering the product or responding to customers is not okay.

This experience has caused unnecessary stress right before Christmas. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this webshop.

It's a shame

It's a shame. I ordered two rings as Christmas gifts that I won't be able to give. The order was placed on December 1, and nothing. I don't know when it will arrive or if it will ever arrive. It is unacceptable, even during a busy period like now, for an order to take more than a month. I know nothing about my delivery: VK76820, 0082800082809764168911. This is definitely not express delivery.

Worth the wait

I ordered a hug ring (order #VK85354) on Dec 14th and still no answer until now. When I ordered I saw that delivery is between 4-8 days and I can understand there might be high volumes since it's Christmas. Still, I would like to know if I would get the ring before Christmas or I should look for another gift and stay assured this isn't some other scam.

Update: The ring shipped on the 22th and although I was in another city, today on 29th I finally have it in my hands. My email was answered and the staff was nice, even offering some cashback for the delay. The box and ring look amazing! Definitely worth the wait!
