I had such a hard time finding a center door knob with a large medallion in America. Ewelina was very helpful and we were able to order over email. The knob arrived and it is even more beautiful in person! I highly recommend Villa Hus for all of your hardware needs even if you are in North America.
Continuously promising delivery of goods that are not coming - Now been waiting for a long time for my goods with lie after lie about delivery time. I have still not received my door handles that was promised delivery 6 weeks ago.

Vi har skulle bestille et dørgreb til dig som er uden for vores sortiment, alt imens er vi er to virksomheder som er fusioneret. Vi har i den forbindelse oplevet en del udfordringer på varer, som har været specialbestillinger udenfor vores sortiment. Dette har resulteret i meget lang leveringstid, og at vi har fået leveret dit dørgreb i forkerte overflader, hvilket vi beklager meget. Jeg ved at dit dørgreb i matsort er ved at blive produceret hos Olivari, og vil blive leveret sidst på måneden.
Tak for din feedback. Vi ønsker bestemt ikke sådanne situationer opstår, og vi arbejder på højtryk for at få disse udfordringer løst.

Ordered 6 beautiful handles over 6 weeks ago. Items were "in stock" and delivery quoted 3-4 weeks. I have heard nothing since. No response to emails. Phone calls not picked up on the one day of the week their office is actually open (Saturday). I have now requested to cancel my order but not hopeful that will be actioned either. Such a disappointing experience.
We ordered house number with 2 digits. Firstly we have been waiting for our order more than a month, when my husband finally called VillaHus we have been informed that each of numbers is of different style and we agreed that the company should send both digits as soon as they will have them in the same style. We received the order however numbers were not of the same style, and when we send them back, the pack was returned to us... so we have 2 numbers with different styles which can not be used.

Whereas delivery has been a bit slow, I have only met very friendly and helpful service. Because of the good service, I have no qualms shopping here again.
Awful experience and no communication from VillaHus at all. never again! Ordered 7 sets of very stylish Danish Odessa door handles and nine weeks later, despite VillaHus taking payment of £476, ended up with nothing, no door handles, no communication from Henrik at VillaHus And no refund. I am now paying bank charges to try to get the money back. This is a warning to anyone thinking of buying from them.
I ordered 4 door handles and privacy locks 4 months ago. 3 months later they delivered privacy locks in wrong colour/finish. 4 months and we still don't have door handles installed in our new home and everything else is ready! Thanks to these incompetent buffoons. What else can I say?! We are opening our doors with sticks... lot of fun! All the headaches that come from buying expensive shiny door handles... next time I buy a 10 Euro complete set on Amazon and save all the headaches and money in the bank.

I know from our many phone conversations that you have spent a lot of money on this house in Dubai and for the same reason you chose some exclusive door handles from the English manufacturer Samuel Heath, which we thought corona challenges in Europe got sent to you relatively quickly in Dubai
Unfortunately, you then chose some private locks from Italian ValliValli, which did not match in finish with the door handles. We subsequently ordered and sent express the right private locks from Samuel Heath to you, and I hope of course you can afterwards be happy with your new door handles.

I placed an order in May and I only received part of my shipment. I was really happy with the items, except there was one handle missing, AJ Door handle. Since this incident, I have emailed on several occasions, only to be ignored. I have called today, only to be played a recorded message during opening hours. I have left this review in desperation of being ignored. It seems that all the negative reviews are based around lack of communication. If they communicated with their customers, the transaction would have been so much easier.

Hi Jannie (or Ashley ??) - I can only find 2 emails from you that we have received within the last 2 weeks where we had the summer holidays closed. You write on July 17 that you have only now opened the package after 1 month and discover that there was only 1 set in the package ... if that is the case, we will of course send the missing door handles.

I have orded a few products oe week ago and I was informed it would take 3-7 days to deliver it. I contacted local Polish office two daya ago to ask when the products would be sent however no one has replied so far so I decided to contact the main office. I tried to call them a few times today but no one answered. I am a bit afraid and if there is no reply until the beginning of the next week, I will have to use chargeback. Very poor customer service for online clients!
