Nearly 2 months and still no delivery – avoid this store.

I placed and paid for my order with Villahus almost two months ago, and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve received vague replies and repeated excuses, with no firm resolution.

What’s worse, their website targets Polish consumers but they refuse to provide any support in Polish — a direct violation of EU consumer protection laws.

This has been a deeply frustrating and time-wasting experience. I’ve given them a final deadline and will be escalating the case to the European Consumer Centre and Danish Consumer Ombudsman if it’s not resolved immediately.

Strongly advise others to avoid this seller.

the shipment arrived very quickly (a few days and it was in Poland) although the website said it could take up to a few weeks. I bought a door knocker in the store, the product was very well protected for the journey. The knocker is really beautiful, heavy and of excellent quality. I recommend this company because there was good contact with them from the beginning (before the purchase I had questions about the product - I quickly got an honest answer). The order was completed quickly and efficiently

Great website which is easy to navigate and has a huge selection of very stylish products from Scandinavia and international designers. Delivery is reliable and the return policy is fair and simple. All round a very good experience with excellent service. I would definitely shop here again.

I have not received any further information to the delivery of my order Nr. 104476. The delivery is not happening and they do not respond to email requests. The given tel# on their website is not working. On their frontpage villahus is showing 4stars with the trustpilot logo but this is a joke. For me this seems like a rippoff. If you search certain doorhandles their products show up among the first but this company is cheating their customers.

Poor communication, told order had been cancelled and would be immediately refunded. next day we receive a message from dpd asking for delivery with customs, confused so sent back to seller as told it had been cancelled. No shipping or tracking sent to us prior to this message, only that the order was cancelled, thus never sure if it’s scam.

No refund given despite emails afterwards saying it would be, now in a battle to get a refund as their goods have not been received back.

Poor communication throughout don’t buy from them, you buy in uk £ from a uk website and then find out it’s shipped from Denmark.

I ordered a door handle from VillaHus one month ago, I paid £23 pounds for 2-3 day delivery and the handle never arrived. I have sent multiple emails to them and the haven't received a single reply. They essentially stole my money and have shown no interest in returning it or sending me the product. Avoid like the plague.
