For about two months now I have been trying to donate a dining room table and 4 chairs in very good condition to SVP but every time I talk to someone they tell me that either the don’t have room for anymore furniture or that they don’t have anyone to collect it the items have been stored in our garage for about 3 months now and I need the room it’s far too good to be thrown away and I’m sure there is someone who could make good use of it in their own home as I said the table and chairs are in very good condition if not we would have dumped it local councils should be helping this organisation as they do help a whole lot of people but they are restricted to help if they don’t have the facilities to collect furniture or other larger items.i have been trying to get the table and chairs down to them somehow but they would not definitely fit into a car and would require a van or other larger mode of transportation also the fact that I am quite old I find it hard to move them about.

I was in a position where I found my self struggling with debt I did not want to go down the bankruptcy route and I went online and found this company I rang and had a phone consultation and figured out a IVA was my best option . I pay what I can afford each month I have recently had spinal surgery and have been given a 6 mo th break the only thing I do struggle with every April is sending off my wage slips as I have to find them also my wife has moved from paper to electronic wage slips and we are unable to access her account to send them off I have emailed and told the company about this but I received a letter saying I may be in breach of my contract as this is a joint IVA with my wife. So if you are asked to send off paperwork do it asap as they do like to say you're in breach and they will look at either terminating or try and make you go down the bankruptcy route , also you need to remember any over time you do the IVA will take 50% of this so it's no holidays for us while we are on this Iva . I did find that Kieth bond was a great help to me and spoke to me is a way I understood

Hi Everyone, I am sharing here my personal experience and hopefully it will be helpful for quite a few people.

In the year 2010 I ended up in huge debt which was nearly £50K and I was no where in a situation to pay it off but from bottom of my heart I wanted to pay and become debt free.After intensive research I come to know about IVA and then I researched a lot to find a good company until I fount Vincent Bond.

I am glad that I contacted them, process was quite easy and I was rest assured once I enter into an agreement I won't receive any demand letter, penalties, fine and all those stuff, I will only pay what I can afford to pay every month and after 5 year all remaining debt will be waived. Also interest was freezed so debt won't increase.

However any bonus/overtime you do you need to contribute certain percentage of it towards your debt.

It was bit hard to budget in start but soon I adopted it and didn't even realized until it all finished ( yes its true )

Once it ended, I received a completion certificate of my IVA which I forwarded to all three credit reference agencies and my credit file was updated accordingly.

I can proudly say that I am free from all of the debs now & I am planning a mortgage now, it wouldn't be possible without IVA and specially without VINCENT BONT & CO LTD.

Keith white is a fantastic asset for you guys ! Calmed me down and got to the bottom of everything ! IVA was accepted on Thursday and I can now get on with my life. Thanks to vincent bond but especially keith!

Over the years my husband and I had several debts, which we were managing as we were both working.
Fast forward a couple of years.
We moved house, I found work but my husband could not. We struggled through and came to an arrangement regarding some of our debts.
I then lost my job and we became reliant on Guaranteed Pension Credits as my husband was just before retirement age.
The debts began to pile up.
I woke one morning and decided to look into an IVA.
I searched the internet and came across Keith White.
I filed a few details in and received a phone call some ten minutes after!!
This I was told was just luck as he had just read my initial correspondence.
After talking for a while he was under the impression we would be better with an IVA.
I did all the correspondence over the phone. Even managed to do a signature with my mouse!!!! (after trying to do on my screen with my finger!!!!)
He then forwarded me to Knightbridge Insolvency.
They made the whole process painless and although some parts were slightly complicated, helped me through the expense forms etc.
We came to an agreement of forty pounds a week, taken fortnightly on Pension Credit payment day.
The process took a while, but in the end we now do not have to worry about answering the door, being in the garden or worried about bailiffs letters.
I have just began my second year of my IVA which just required me to tell if we had any changes in circumstances.
All correspondence was free. No fees paid, to either parties.
I would recommend any persons looking into debt management to see if they can do an IVA which is just one payment, not fifteen!!
I cannot thank Vincent Bond enough.
Yes, its hard losing money out of your pension, but not as hard as having Bailiffs with their hard tactics, knocking on your door.

I contacted Vincent bond after trying a couple of charities and not feeling overly confident in proceeding with the iva. As soon as I spoke to Keith it was like speaking to a family member or friend who put me at ease, never judged and was patient to the hilt after I dithered, asked question after question and generally freaked out on a regular basis. Even after my iva was passed to Knightsbridge for completion, I have felt able and welcome to contact Keith with any questions or reassurances I have needed and for that I cannot thank him enough. Absolute credit to the company.

Before Vincent Bond I had spoken to a couple of other recommended charity organisations for help but I felt they were quite judgemental and weren't acting in my best interests. So when I first spoke to Vincent Bond I felt I had knowhere to turn but Keith was excellent, he was understanding and helped me to get the payments I could afford. Correspondence was quick and professional, Vincent Bond acted in my best interests and got an outcome better than I could have expected.
