Avoid these thieves like the plague. They ran an Indiegogo campaign a few years back and scammed their backers for over 3 million dollars. They got me for nearly $600. I can’t say enough bad things about this company.

This company is a scam, received keyboard and it wasn't in working condition. Sent emails and tried to facebook chat them for my warranty but no replies. Don't buy anything from them

Sadly I can confirm - pure scam, never delivered. Make sure you DO NOT order from them.

Vinpok Taptek Keyboard... Very Sketchy especially with there shipping method. I initially never got a tracking number for 2 weeks. It came from HongKong and took a month and a half to get delivered however. They responded to all me emails and it came in the end. As far as there hardware goees. The keyboard is as advertised and im surprisingly impressed.

Also a victim of the campaign initiated by their coconspirator Indiegogo (split screen product), I confirm that this company has as its only vocation and objective the absolute scam.
It is particularly surprising that after the robery of several millions USD, these criminals have not yet been put out of state of causing trouble.
How many future victims?
Especially since it is now established that they operate under other brands.

If I could give these scamming thieving scum 0 stars I would. Ordered in 2018 through Indiegogo who were pushing this deal hard and saying it was based in the US San Fransisco, when it was in China! Lying scum stay clear of these and the same goes for Indiegogo.

I would love to put -5 for this company. They are scammers, do not give this company your money as you will never get a product.

I bought some monitors from them in 2018 and still waiting. Thieves!!!

Ordered a keyboard a long time ago but it was never shipped. I literally tried to contact them about 30 times - email, messenger, live chat etc. Either no response or simply "happy to help, give me your order number". But that message was 100% autogenerated as the question was always phrased the same way and once I gave them my order number I didn't get any further response.

I've disputed the charge now in order to hopefully recover my money.

Please don't order from them - absolute scam, they probably only made 50 of those keyboards and gave them to (paid) Youtube influencers to persuade people to buy them (and I fell for it...)

Vinpok started an Indiegogo for a screen that would attach to another device and be able to mirror or extend a display. Its been 2 years and they haven't delivered to any as promised, last heard from Vinpok was 11 months ago. Stay away from this company!

I saw the bad reviews but I liked the product so I ordered one.

Never got the product or any communication from them. After a month I made a claim with PayPal after which they sent me an email:
If you cancel your claim we will pay you back -> in case you don't know: NEVER do this as PayPal won't give you a 2nd chance for making a claim!

Very shady company and I'm lucky I used PayPal as they gave me back my money.

So if you ever think of buying ... don't!

SCAM, been almost 2 (2018) years since I ordered a split screen for my son, paid in full. I was receiving updates until Sept 2019. Myself and many others as I am seeing were taken for money, can't get in contact with VINPOK and Purchased through Indiegogo which it's helpful in resolving the FACT ORDERED, PAID, 2 years later . . NOTHING. WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I received a used keyboard instead of a new one, with a key that is stuck at the bottom when it is pressed.
Vinpok has been deceiving me for weeks to say that it sends me another one and time goes by and nothing.
I advise against buying. Bad after-sales service

Worst company ever. Company owner must be some self loathing loser intentionally trying to take advantage of overseas customers. No representative will ever reply to your messages. Never. It’s all automated. This company is a scam. And when the company fails I will have a drink and laugh while I imagine him struggling to pay bills and eating top ramen.

They stole my money.
I'm waiting for 2 years to receive the items.

Cheap parts don't make good technology. They sold an item that would have been worth maybe $10 for $100, soo the best thing to do would be to avoid this place. They even would not replace the part that broke unless I paid for shipping... unbelievable. and of course no company like this accepts returns, so just be prepared for that.

This company is a scam.
I did not receive any products after funding them on Indiegogo.
Do not buy anything at Vinpok or Indiegogo, nobody will help you out.

Total scammers, no product after 1.5 year of waiting. Do not fund them through Indiegogo! Also Indiegogo is not helpful in resolving this case.

On October 2018, my credit card was debited the amount of $250 USD, on Indiegogo Crowdfunding, for the funding of Vinpok Split Screen Project.
As of October 2019, Vinpok ceased to answer all request about why my Split Screens were still not delivered.
Since, Total Radio Silence from either Vinpok or Indiegogo.
So I recommend to STAY AWAY FROM VINPOK AND INDIEGOGO, SINCE THEY ARE FRAUD!

Unfortunately, I can't review and give negative stars. This company is a scam. I ordered back in late 2018, and it is now early 2020 and still have not received anything from this company.

No delivery since one and a half year... no answers to thousands of people... Funded 3Million Dollars and dont deliver to people!
