One of rudest owners I've ever encountered. This is a hi fi audio field and I expect some form of professionalism - not the 80's "tough guy" with a hurt ego type of communication.

Would not recommend to ever use

Purchased Upgrades for my Thorens Turntable. Super service and parts arrived quickly and were carefully packaged.

After a bad experience, it ocours to me, that since the oil for Thorens grammophones hasent ben made for 35 years, and is absolutely crucial, how then, can this firm do a correct service on my grammo?
and beside that, they overflow the internet, using other peoples photos on fb, dba etc. and if you are not satisfied, with their service, then the tone changes.

I am bought some item from this company by eBay. But there is one big issue. The company use pictures from customers listings on eBay, making nasty descriptions on Facebook posts, without any explanations or advice to customers. After question why they use my pictures without any permission or explanation, they just block on Facebook. Very 'professional' work.
Company owner various accusations of things but did not provide evidence.
I am really don’t recommend this company!

P.S. Later, representatives of the company began blackmailing in the open text. Blackmail the police, their lawyers and the courts.

I purchased a product and questioned it's design. The owner became very hostile and unprofessional. Beware of his advertising as it could be less than honest.

I purchased a restored Thorens turntable from VintageAudio.dk. It was to be shipped to the US from Denmark. The owner/restorer promised it to be delivered in perfect shape. When it arrived, the suspension was broken in 2 places, the autostop function did not operate properly and the dust-cover was smashed. After months of emails to and fro, I finally had to order new suspension parts (from Switzerland) and learn how to - and install them myself at an extra $100 cost. After being promised a new dust-cover for months, I finally had to order one made for it in the US, at another $100 cost. The autostop function never worked correctly (probably shipped that way), and I had to locate an experienced service tech 2 hours drive from my home to fix the TT. The seller refuses to answer basic questions concerning his receipt of claim monies from the shipper; and now refuses to respond to emails concerning reimbursements. Unfortunately, the seller sent the turntable in its original 35 year old carton, protected by its 35 year old styrofoam, which was crumbled on arrival. I've learned that other reputable sellers would have double boxed the TT for protection. Sad response from the seller. Beware.
