Very slow delivery
Ordered weeks ago, no updates on the order still.
They send emails with subject lines that suggest an update, e.g. 'your delivery is due tomorrow' or 'i think we made a mistake', but this is just to grab your attention as they know youre waiting - the contents of the email is always just a promotion for another bundle with no reference to what the subject line was about. Not sure I'd call that ethical.
Bit disappointed as I spent a decent amount and was excited about my box! Hope it still comes but I have no way of getting a real update.
