Very disappointed with my experience.

My order was marked as shipped, but none of the tracking information provided works, and I’ve received no meaningful updates whatsoever. When I placed the order, I was told it would arrive before Christmas, as it was intended to be a Christmas gift. With Christmas now just days away, the item still hasn’t arrived.

As a result, I now have no gift for my partner, which is incredibly upsetting and stressful. I expected far better communication and honesty from this company, especially when making promises around Christmas delivery.

Due to the lack of transparency and misleading delivery expectations, I feel compensation is warranted. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I expected much more.

I was sent an email about my order (#151368) saying that it would be delivered within 3 days. That was 4 days ago.

I signed up as an affiliate for this brand. The agreement was that I would receive a 7% commission for each successful order, with a minimum payout of $35. So far, even though I have met all of these requirements, I have not received my payment. I have written at least four emails to info@
but have received nothing but silence. This company is truly untrustworthy and has withheld the fruits of my labor.

After repeated emails back & forth, fake tracking numbers which don’t even work and constantly being ignored I still haven’t received two shirts I ordered. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re after a shirt quick or a gift for someone. At this rate won’t arrive until after Christmas when order was placed in November

I have ordered around 20 shirts in the past few months! Honestly, they are flawless. Great quality, and looks and feels so authentic. One time, I made an error in the order. They replied quickly and amended the order and told me it was sorted and not to worry. They were right!
And delivery to Ireland was like 2 weeks only.
Nothing but absolutely superb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Absolutely heart broke that my autistic son’s main Christmas present still hasn’t arrived or had any tracking that actually works. It’s been 4 weeks and no response to my emails. I ordered 3 shirts each one a surprise for him. So frustrating and disappointing I wish I had read the reviews before using this site

I paid for 1995/96 LFC top.
Received email saying processed then 1 saying shipped and now nothing have emailed no response. Money gone from account same day.
Terrible can't even get online to them now. Think it's a scam will wait another day then contact bank

Item took nearly 4 weeks to arrive, it arrived damaged, and when I contacted them for a refund they said they can’t issue refunds on items outside of the 30 days returns policy. Which they state starts when the item is sent, even know it took nearly 30 days to arrive! Not a legit company, just a scam. AVOID!!!!

I have been sending emails since Saturday to confirm if the T-shirt being shipped is the correct one. I have to date still received no response.

Can someone please guarantee me that the T-shirt being shipped is the correct one as agreed in previous communication? The email that stated my package is being shipped is still reflecting the incorrect one, hence the enquiry.

I have placed an order on October 14, 2025 and have had no emails regarding shipment or details on order ever since. I am wondering why my tracking details says it has not even be processed yet. If anything could be changed or helped a refund would be nice or the shirt to be shipped!

Very good post-buying service! Got the wrong jersey and I sent them an e-mail. They answered very quick and sent me the one I ordered for free.

ordered my 2006 real madrid jersey on July 17 it was supposed to deliver today or tomorrow and i tracked my jersey with my order number and its still being processed

Product was faulty within a month. Emailed at approx 30 days after purchase and they refused to replace/ refund, instead offering me a 25% discount on my next purchase!!. We paid over $100 for this shirt and my son is devastated. It was worn 3 times and gental hand wash only! We are taking this further!

This store is another one of those football shirt scam websites. Ordered a shirt, France 1998 - understanding it’s not the real thing seeing as it’s only $80, and they are claiming it has been delivered to me. However the photos they provided are very clearly the wrong address, a totally different state in fact. Please do yourself a favour and do not purchase from here, there a plenty of online shops similar to this one and they won’t take your money.

Ordered a 1984 LFC replica jersey. They said it would arrive this week. So far no correspondence just an email to confirm order was received and money taken from my account at the time of purchase. Have tried all avenues to contact the company, even calling the international phone number... and nothing!

I've sent several emails and no response. It took a poor rating for you to respond yet still no email reply. I have provided the order number in my email and I have a record of your business taking the money for my purchase on the 29 April. I suggest you conduct a further search as to where my order is and where money went. I look forward to your response. For the umpteenth time the purchase order was 130059.

An update to my order, after no response and lodging a low rating online. My order eventually arrived 13 May. The company has a major downfall in communications and needs to improve. Suggest the team work on this to ensure buyers that their purchases are underway.

Ordered an England 05/06 shirt, the site said it would be here on between the 26th -30th April. Checked each day to see whether it has been dispatched as I ordered it nearly two weeks ago now and it still says it hasn’t finished being processed yet.

I ordered two jerseys from them on the 5th of March and received an email after purchase saying they were being processed and will take 5-15 days for delivery. I sent an email after a week and they responded the next day saying one of the jerseys were out of stock so they were waiting for a shipment, so I asked for a different jersey (they said I could) and still no response after 10 days, and even after another follow up email there is no response.

Edit: After writing the review they got back to me quickly and I finally received the order. The products were great quality and I would love to shop again if I don't have to worry about the delivery again.

Update*
A day after my review was posted I was emailed by them saying my jersey was being processed. My boyfriend’s was happy with the quality of the jersey and everything which was all that mattered. I don’t know how long it would take if I didn’t post this review. Hopefully they can improve on this

Old review: Ordered a jersey over two weeks ago. Got an email when I ordered saying it was being processed. Never heard from them after that. I emailed them twice for updates and haven’t heard anything. Looking at other reviews they seem like a scam so I would definitely avoid them in the future. The hassle isn’t worth it.

I ordered a shirt on 04/02/2025 (Order #50063).
Haven't heard back from them since. Order is not even processed. Emailed the shop with no response at all.

Edit: Since I posted the review, I was contacted immediately. Waiting for more details.
