Avoid- no returns policy and inaccurate sizing
On receiving my order, I found that there XL is basically a Euro M and so didn't fit. I emailed them twice and received an email back a week later saying that I can ship it back to NZ as registered post at my own expense and that they don't do returns on size. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of money. Avoid this company and deal with one of the other sports shops that operate like a real company.

As is stated clearly on our website, returns are available for defective, faulty or incorrect shirts within 30 days of purchase.
We have an accurate size chart and state on our website to choose a size up from your ordinary size to avoid issues such as this. We then kindly offered you an exchange in good faith provided you sent the shirt back (Your postage was free already)
I'm sorry you feel this way, we tried our best to come to an amicable solution with you, but because you won't post the shirt back we cannot offer you an exchange.
In future please read the size chart and choose a larger size to fit your needs.

I was recently informed that my order has been suspended by customs authorities because the items are not eligible for importation. This has caused significant inconvenience as I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of the sweaters.
I understand that customs regulations are beyond your direct control; however, I am disappointed that this issue was not anticipated or communicated to me during the ordering process. I believe it is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that products comply with import regulations of the destination country before accepting an order.

Typically we can provide an invoice for the goods and they will release the parcel.

Took a gamble after reading some of the…
Not a scam , the shirt did arrive in the end , the shirt decent for the price , however the cuffed sleeves are disappointing, more like flares that are proper cuff sleeve.
Customer Service is shocking. They literally only replied to my negative review on here even on their response they said they will get back to me during Monday office hours never heard anything back from them , I emailed 6 or 7 times not one response

Money well spent, exceeded expectations
I ordered a 1994 Sweden away and a 1996 Nigeria home kit and I have to say they exceeded my expectations. For €40 per jersey I didn't expect much but everything from the stitching to the prints are well made. It's obviously not the real deal for €40 but this was money well spent and i would buy from here again.
I didn't contact them at any time so i can't comment on the customer service which has been getting some complaints on here

Placed order on 1 Feb. Received the jersey today, 28 Feb, the jersey came directly from China.
Quality: Poor 1/5 rating
The jersey is undesirable and cheap looking. The quality is poor.
All in all, a very unpleasant shopping experience. Won’t recommend VFS to anyone.

Good mediocracy
I've bought three kits from them. The quality is alright. But what du you expect from a 45€ Kit? Shipping was quick considering it comes from New Zealand. I'd advise everybody to wash the kits cold and let them airdry because one of the logos on mine melted.

Sizing seems about right to me as well but definitely use the size guide at the bottom of the website.

This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered mid August for a birthday in early September and the item still hasn’t arrived, I haven’t even got a tracking number!! I have now asked for a refund but doubt I’ll even receive that. These guys are definitely dropshipping and SUCK at communication. I’ll be reporting the company as a whole if I don’t receive any communication or my refund. Just don’t even waste your time!

This was the field where you were supposed to leave your player customisation e.g. #7 Ronaldo
Because of this your order was delayed. You then requested a refund on the 10th that was issued swiftly on the 12th of September.
Considering the issue was caused by confusion surrounding what customization you wanted on the shirts which put the shirts on hold, and then a refund made after an acknowledgement that the delay was unacceptable to you - we ask that you kindly amend your review to reflect the true state of affairs.
We send thousands of orders out each year and to accuse us of scamming customers is hurtful and unfair

Bought product, not there problem
The order takes ages. Ordered 19 July, receiver 23 August. Return request since 23 August.
When I receive a track and trace the package is from China, not Australia. I was surprised. This is for costs.
The shirt was not what we expected. The neck collar to wide, not as original shirt we still have. It is also NOT original. We have an original from that time.
As I repeatingly sent emails they only replied to the cost thing, not how to return.. Still after a month still no answer.
