Great job Vintage Tub

They were great to work with. Even assisted me in getting my order rushed down to Georgia to keep my build on schedule. Customer service was great to work with an extremely helpful.

All products arrived on time, and in good condition.

Satisfied customer

Years ago we bought our claw foot tub from vintage tub. We are located in Canada and the experience was easy and painless. Vintage tub took care of all the customs, duties, etc coming across the border. The price was also very good. One of the shower parts was damaged and again vintage tub quickly sent a replacement part no charge. We still enjoy the tub today. Recently had to buy a new large shower curtain and again everything was taken care of quickly and easily. I would highly recommend vintage tub.

I spent more than 3000.00 on plumbing…

I spent more than 3000.00 on plumbing fixtures with Vnitage Tub and Bath - mostly Strom Plumbing products. I purchased the items and held them until the new home I was constructing was ready for plumbing trim. I delivered all items shipped to me, but didn’t know a pop up drain assembly had never been delivered. When I discovered it, I told Vintage T&B who ordered the $33 part but charged me for it. I get it...there was a long delay in identifying the missing part. But a $3000 customer won’t be back..and all for a $33 part. Build.com will get all future plumbing orders.
